Yo I'm gonna whip out my HCs etc now

- Y'allll fuckin.... Aro/Ace Spinel is so valid... Not sure how I've come up with this but if someone gives me an aro/ace Spinel fanfic I will sacrifice my parents to you

- ngl I can also see Spinel and Pink Pearl getting along really well. can very much see them talk about how much of a bitch Pink Diamond was lmao

- also hnnn Pink Pearl and Spinel comforting each other whenever one of them is on the brink of a breakdown im sOft

- She has a sweet tooth, and loves the taste of Earth sweets like cotton candy and lollipops. And yes doughnuts

- Her hair eventually becomes hearts again after some time with the Diamonds, but her gem stays upturned

- Or her form stays the same but her gem turns back up

- I believe that our Spinel was made to specifically entertain Pink, and play with her. The rest of the Spinels on Homeworld are just like regular jesters; they're a form of entertainment, and nothing else.

- But then again, there's the possibility that she is the only Spinel made, specifically for Pink. Who decided to abandon her one day

- Nevertheless, she doesn't behave as childishly as she used to, but entertains just as well. She's learned to become a wonderful friend, and understands when the Diamonds have to do their duties. She just kinda sticks with the Pearls or something while they're away.

- ALSO!!! The first time all of the Diamonds have to leave to do duty things, Spinel almost has a breakdown again, but they reassure her that they won't abandon her

- Her shoes squeak when she's happy!!

- Good at wielding a scythe (or any long weapon; for example,,,, axe) for obvious reasons. Yes but she learned to fight with that Rejuvenator in like 5 min., i respect

- Definitely could fight a whole Jasper and win

- Although still needs a bit more extensive training. Then she'd turn into a deadly war machine so she's not doing that

- I like to think that when Steven gave Spinel to the Diamonds, it came to him that she didn't actually get the closure she needed. It bugged him so much for a few days, before he really started to worry. In a rush of panic he just warped to Homeworld to try to help Spinel grow better as a person

- The Diamonds weren't in the throne room at the moment, but Spinel was there, pacing back and forth, trying to distract herself from being alone.

- Steven tells her that it's ok and everything

- Basically I hope Spinel gets to learn that she's allowed to change and be independent as well, and that she has friends who love her

- AND she doesn't want to do whatever trainwreck happened with the Injector. She hopes that she wouldn't do something like that again yeet

- I also hope that she becomes proper friends with Steven, similar to how he's friends with Bismuth, Lapis, and Peridot

- I saw this somewhere, if she were to become a Crystal Gem for whatever reason, her outfit would keep the pants, but she's have a pair of suspenders with stars at the ends; basically a pink Mickey lmao

- If her hair doesn't stay as hearts, I feel like five-pointed tufts of hair would be cute on her

- She would've been such an awesome asset to the Rebellion tbh. If Pink actually decided to bring Spinel before she became Rose, she would be a super intimidating spider-clown that wields a scythe (or similar weapon)

- She would be such awesome friends with Garnet. When the squad first finds Garnet, she loves her colours and instantly becomes best friends with her, up till now.

- She cries the hardest during Ruby and Sapphire's wedding

- She'd be a wonderful caretaker for Steven. For obvious reasons.

- Im laughing for 6000 years I just pictured Spinel extending her middle finger 500 miles into the air at Pink Diamond
