Nightmares

Hey all! Actually the previous poem was about love and was like four lines long. I decided it wasn't up to the mark so I wrote a different themed poem on the same title. I was still not satisfied. So I edited it like this (again a romantic poem). Hope you all like it!
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

From the second my eyes close,
And I fall into the dark sleep,
I start living my nightmares,
I scream, struggle and weep.

Not in one of them,
Do I die,
But it's way worse,
To die, I try.

One day, it's watching,
Someone dear go dead.
Next day, it's killing,
And hiding under bed.

Cold amidst these ghosts,
I needed someone,
I'm all alone here,
I don't have anyone.

Or so I thought,
Till you came along,
Hugged me to sleep,
Safe in your arms.

You speak to me with that voice,
Chasing the silence of soltitude.
I listen to the sweet lullaby,
With all my love and gratitude.

Your press your cheeks on mine,
Making me feel alive than ever.
You closely hug me from behind,
Making me feel safer than ever.

When the morning comes,
I don't have to cry anymore.
And for the first time,
I don't want to die anymore.
