This is some sensitive topic for some of y'all but... I have to speak the truth
Plastic surgery:
noun
the process of reconstructing or repairing parts of the body by the transfer of tissue, either in the treatment of injury or for cosmetic reasons.
I don't have any problem with people who decide to go under the knife. It is your body, do whatever you want but...
I'm more worried about its influence in younger children. Adolescents. Me.
The feeling of...you are not good enough, you need more.Changing your body or feautures because society says you don't fit the standards, so you are ugly.
You need to be thick slim, have nice curly hair, you need to be perfect, you need to look like the Victorias Secret Models.
Most of the girls we see on media, they are insecure too, the pictures are fake. Everyone is trying to fit in a box called "perfection".
Which doesn't exist.
They should STOP promoting messages like this!!! Bella Hadid is not the MOST beautiful girl on the planet.
They keep promoting the narrative of "if you don't look like Bella, then you are fucking ugly"There a many beautuful girls around the world, i see a lot of everyday people who aren't celebrities and are waaay more beautiful than Bella.
Society needs to STOP pushing this narrative and statements of "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL ON THE PLANET"
Is she going to be beautiful when she gets old? Was it thanks to emmm....some work done?
So you are only beautiful if you get work done?
Celebrities aren't the only people on earth.
Trends change, people change, perception of beauty also changes.
But remember sometimes you are not ugly... Just broke😭
