This is some important topic I would like to discuss, because I'm tired of seeing messages that promotes struggle love, ride or die, Bonnie and Clyde type of shit in black women and also black young girls

This is some important topic I would like to discuss, because I'm tired of seeing messages that promotes struggle love, ride or die, Bonnie and Clyde type of shit in black women and also black young girls. It is promoted in black movies, music...

This is some article I read and said:

"We are constantly told that we should ask for little and accept less. We're labeled gold diggers and social climbers if we dare desire partners who are providers, something women of other nationalities have done and continue to do for betterment of future generations. And we're regurarly told that the things we desire are out of reach, out of touch or simply out of our league, marriage being one of those things. Black Women are constantly bombarded by statistics and studies proclaiming that
we're marrying less frequently, marrying less stably, and divorcing more commonly , than their peers, and the underlying suggestion is that we should lower our expectations if we hope to find (and keep) a man. And this is reflected in Black media, Black film, Black television and Black music."

It's like healthy love is becoming extinct. And this shit disgust me. There is nothing sweet or cool about riding a guy who is in jail, on drugs, involved with other women, got stds. Many women are afraid of being single so they get with trash guys.

Dear black women it is okey to choose self love, happiness and peace of mind over a dude who is not gonna add value to your life
