He isn't much fond of Halloween. He knows Faith is easily frightened so usually he buys her candy and they eat it while watching really horrible and cheap horror movie.
Husk
Husk knows how much Nora enjoys dressing up for Halloween. So if he hears them planning on doing a specific costume he will buy it for them as a surprise. Nora usually has a surprise costume planned for him so they'll dress up together.
