"Please sign your name here, Miss."

Quickly scribbling my signature into a heavy log book, I absentmindedly push it back towards the nurse looking around. 

The Korean countryside is breathtaking. 

"It's so quiet here." I whisper to her. She smiles back at me. 

"Here at Jeonju Rehabilitation Facility, it is not just about cleansing the body but also the soul. The peace and quiet brings healing." Her face is kind and motherly and she is garbed in traditional Korean dress. I am led outside of this hanok and down some more wooden steps to a pathway that is shrouded by beautiful plants and trees.

It's Spring time now and the flowers have started blooming. I instantly feel relieved and happy knowing that Taehyung is being watched over and cared for in this place. 

I lift my gaze to the sky above us, looking around in wonder at the gorgeous scenery and exquisite surroundings.

The nurse chuckles at my reaction.

"What is your connection to our patient, Miss?" she asks kindly, "I could sense when you came in that you seemed very anxious and worried despite your calm exterior. Your energy is telling me that you care deeply for this man. You are in love with him?"

"Well-" I am totally caught off guard, warmth spreading to my cheeks at her words. "Is it that obvious?" I laugh.

She gives me a knowing looking.

"Yes I am, he's my....he's my best friend." I say looking down, shyly. It's one thing to think something but to then say it out loud, especially confessing to someone else, it suddenly seems surreal.
