"So you erased her memories and sent her to New York?" Davina asked calmly yet surprised,

"I did" Stiles nodded,

"What gives you the right to do that!?" Davina asked incredulously

"I will protect the remains of my family no matter the cost Davina, What would you do for what you hold dear?" Stiles said,

"You've seen what this world does to people... It corrupts destroys and kills them! I do not wish that on my once bright and willful cousin!  just the other day I went to her at the bar and she was crying unknowingly scared to her teeth yet furious and unable to retaliate... the bright light she once was had nearly disappeared to be replaced with darkness" Stiles said seriously,

Davina was quiet for a second and she looked saddened and regretful, "I'm sorry I... I Assumed the worst... it is as you say and I agree... but why New York?" Davina asked curiously,

"The city was built in the shape of a rune and these runes are everywhere being powered by the ley lines, literally no supernatural creature can enter not even witches," Stiles explained,

Davina's eyes widened at the new info, "Amazing" She said quietly,

"Indeed it is, I am going to be taking over the apartment should you ever need a room or aid you can stay here, My cousin cared for you now I will do that in her stead," Stiles said seriously.

"I... I uh... yeah, That would be nice..." Davina choked out,

"Good pick a room, but don't get cocky the masters mine!" Stiles said playfully,

Davina chuckled and went up to the spare room to find it rather well decorated with a bed and dresser a mirror and fairy lights and a ceiling fan,

She was still looking around when she heard a knock on the door, 

"hey it's me! I was wondering if you had any stuff we should get? or if we should just buy new ones of everything?" Stiles said at the open doorway.

"You'd do that? but I do have some things I'd like to keep..." Davina said,

"Alright! make a list of the things you can't live without and whatever else you think you'll need we'll buy them tomorrow" Stiles said handing her a pad of paper and a pen,

Davina smiled at the boy... no the Man before her and began to write what she needed and what she wanted, Surprisingly it helped her organize her thoughts as well, she came down when she smelled delicious food cooking,

"I always was the chef of the family, Camile would burn even soup if she even tried! it was hilarious! but this is my famous shrimp tacos I hope you like shrimp... I probably should have asked that beforehand huh?" Stiles said smirking,

"Your safe I'm fine with seafood, but I'm allergic to mushrooms and pollen along with citrus fruits, not majorly but ill break out," Davina chuckled feeling it might be smart to notify the chef of some of her allergies.

"I'll keep those in mind then! now go wash up its time to dish up!" Stiles said with a smile,

Soon they were enjoying a good meal and laughing that was until there was a knock at the door, Getting up stiles flashed a smile of reassurance and went to the door, he already knew who it was but Davina looked a little scared and angry, 

"Don't worry D its a friend of mine," I said and opened the door, 

"I see you got my note! come in, come in!" Stiles said clearing the doorway,

Deaton walked through, he had been out on business and came back the hotel was empty of stiles and had an open cage he had kept the Nogitsune in, he quickly found a note that explained everything but he was still worried so he went to the address that was stated in the note and rushed to the door not knowing what to expect. but he wasn't expecting a genuinely happy Stiles that hadn't been seen in years,

"Come meet my new little sister! Oh, Have you eaten?" Stiles asked in his normal ADHD ways, It was good to see him acting like himself again.

Soon Deaton met Davina and they hit it off... well as well as Deaton can, Apparently, He had eaten and so he just grabbed some water and joined them at the table, The dinner was as close to a family meal as they had all come in a long time.
