The next morning Stiles had a meeting with the owner of an apartment complex and the owners of 3 different restaurants in the town and had managed to get a meeting with an older man who was looking to sell his long family-owned land that made up about a solid 200 acres of the Bayu, it was beautiful property but Stiles could see why the land had yet to be bought the man was asking for 350 million for it which may be an issue for the past Stiles but not anymore.
Stiles went to prepare some breakfast a simple bacon egg cheese omelets for three, about 5 minutes in Stiles could hear Davina waking up as her door opened and he got out some apple juice and set the table walking over to the pullout couch Deaton had slept on he gave him a nudge.
"Hey! morning! its breakfast time!" he said opening the curtains.
Deaton got up rather quickly and started to the bathroom to wash up beforehand, Davina was walking out from around the corner and smiled,
"Morning D! how did you sleep?" Stiles asked,
"Like a rock! I haven't had such a good rest for a long time! what's for breakfast?" Davina asked with a morning smile with a little bedhead,
"I'm glad to hear that D! today you and Deaton are gonna go shopping while I handle some business, you alright with that?" Stiles asked,
"I mean yeah... but can I ask what business?" Davina asked curiously,
"No need to be so reserved D, Your my little sister now! and its just property management I'm looking into buying some land on the Bayu, along with some restaurants, and an apartment, I expect the arrangments may take a while so here take this it's linked to mine so go crazy!" Stiles said handing her a debit card,
Davina's eyes widened and she looked like she was going to protest when she saw the stubbornness in her new brother's eyes she could tell it would be pointless,
"Thank you, Sti!" Davina said crashing into him with a koala hug,
"No problem princess! now help me set the table!" Stiles said as he handed her some silverware and napkins,
"Sure thing!" Davina beamed,

Breakfast was over and stiles hurried to take a quick shower and get changed, he wasn't in a hurry but he had somethings he wanted to check on first,
At Camile's old bar Stiles walked in and saw the person he was looking for at the bar looking over some papers,
"Uncle..." Stiles said gingerly,
"Stiles, It's good to see you again! any Idea where Camile is she was supposed to be working today..." Kieran said a little worried,
"I removed her memories and sent her to the safest place on earth, New York..." Stiles said, His uncle and he talked openly for a long time now and he knew everything about stiles and vice versa,
