My heart has been empty
Ever since you left me
My body feels heavy
I can't help but to be tired of this misery
My brain has been torturing me
with your lingering memory
It keeps on reminding me, mocking me
Of what was used to be
Our story that starts with a once upon a time
now starts as once there was a time
I thought our story would end as nothing but this
but now a new chapter has been written without an us in it
