"Well, well." The pirate captain said taking in the decorated gym. "Why isn't this an interesting looking ballroom."

There was a deathly silence from the students, too scared to move yet enchanted by her beauty.

"That belongs to me." She said rather calmly. Yet a hint of irritance resided. She pointed at the book in Mr. Jan's hands.

All The Goonies and Troy stood in front of Mr. Jan, in between the Captain and her
book.

"Brave are we? That will be your undoing." She looked to her right and shot her hand out. She twirled her fingers vigorously and green sparks flew out. The shattered glass on the floor began to rise. The higher her hand rose the higher the glass did. "Last chance."

Ariel turned around to face the group. "Does anybody have a lighter?"

Troy quickly pulled out one from his pocket. They all shot him a judgmental glare. "
Oh please do you want it or not?"

"Yes, yes! And Mr. Jan, hand me the book."

"Ariel what are you doing?" Andy questioned.

"Just trust me." she smiled. She quickly turned around to face the annoyed Captain.

"Ah wise choice girl." The pirate smiled.

"Not so fast grandma." Ariel snapped back.

"Ariel!" Her father hissed embarrassed.

Ariel held the book in one arm and lit the lighter in the other hand.

The Captain was taken aback by this as if it were magic.

"The second you fling those shards at us I'll light this book like a campfire."

"Aren't you a clever little witch." She lowered the glass at them as if she was complying but she quickly raised it at a group of students. "Now if you burn my tome who will save thy friends? Return what is mine and this nonsense can all end."

"We should give her the book, It's not worth all these people getting hurt." Andy spoke to the group.

"But who knows the damage she'll do with that book!" Mouth protested.

The Captain flinched her hand causing the shards to flinch closer to the crowd of students.

"HERE TAKE IT!" Ariel yelled, tossing the book at her feet.

A wicked smile ran across her face.  She dropped her hand and so did the glass. Her claw like nails grasped around the ancient tome and she picked it up. She took a deep breath, taking in the smell, then stroked her hand across the cover. "Oh how I've missed you."

"Ok, you've got what you came for, just leave all these people out of it." Mikey spoke up.

She turned around to the Ozacr men, completely ignoring Mikey. "Lets go get my ship." She waved her hand and a puff of green smoke wrapped around her, the Ozarc men, and her pirate crew and then they were gone.

A wave of relief and confusion filled the gym.

"Now what!?" An annoyed Stef groaned, throwing her arms up in the air.

"That Wicked Witch of Astoria is out and about doing who knows what with that book of hers." said Mouth.

"Well we can't just sit here and do nothing. The towns at risk!" Data added.

"Guys." Mikey spoke up.

"What are we supposed to do? You saw what just happened back there!" Andy shuddered.
