when someone gives you a plant
take care of it
talk to it
water it
give it sunshine
give it love
even when you're too busy
even when you're too tired
you must never forget it
so that one day
when you return home,
exhausted and drowsy,
it's still alive
waiting for you
that plant of yours must never be like me
