She was born in Lincoln City and moved from city to city her entire life. Father in rehab, mother working jobs, well known for her combat and resources in The Organization also known as The Beacon. Her parents were found the day she got on the Military Bus as when they were walkers, she struggled with eating disorders, depression and anxiety for years before she was diagnosed with it at 13. Also drug use and alcoholism at 14-16. She was put in a place with a Private Kavanaugh and she suggested that they should form a group with kids that want to either learn how to use a gun or fight and are willing to go out into the world to collect goods and supplies. Her first Mission, a boy tried to take advantage of her, she had self defense, but she got shot out of a 2 story window having everyone think that she was dead, but not everyone, not too long after that, Minority Scavenger Leader Dylan Howell found her and they embarked on an unforgettable journey of their lives. She spent a year leading a group that they formed to go back to California, they unfortunately lost a few people on the way over and she was caught by Riders in an internment camp and they were forced to not talk to one another in Districts, when her and Dylan were trying to sneak around, Dylan was slowly not talking to her due to him being brainwashed and her, Chloe, Javier, Courtney and the others had to keep planning and form an alliance without him. Blaire tried to escape, but Nyra released Dylan to go catch her and torture her, perhaps even kill her and she knew right then and there Dylan was still in there and he couldn’t kill her, but instead knocking her out. A couple years later, the mission was in motion and they lost their alliances, but it was still enough to get all of them out of there. Their group was back on track and proceeded their journey back until they were kidnapped and taken to Counterpart, they found their long-lost survivor, Michelle and they formed another alliance with Counterpart and they ended up losing more as they kept going, that also included Blaire having to take the pain away from Dylan when he was turning. Almost a week later, she found out that she was pregnant with Dylan’s child and it turned out that she was pregnant with twins and she named them Dakota and Dominique. She had an interest in one of the guys in The Beacon, but her children became her top priority and she still kept Dylan’s last name along with their children. She knows that eventually she'll find someone else who will make her feel balanced as much as Dylan did for her, but for the time being, she wants to keep her mind on her children and her family as well. Even though her and Dylan never got a chance to marry, she likes to know that she found someone who accepted for who she was, so she still kept the last name
