heya!

quick thing, i wanted to ask for some advice

im pretty good with handling my depression and anxiety now, and if anybody wants my advice for that i can make a different chapter!

but my adhd has been kicking my ass- and im unsure how to deal with it sometimes??

it's manageable, but ive been louder, more distracted, and more fidgety than i'd like

the only way i've been able to really stop moving or slow down is to read, but then when im done my body is hyperaware of my inactivity and then i get really fidgety—

ive also been spacing out when spoken to more lately, ive always done it a lot but now in every conversation that i miss something and need a repeat??

if any of you have adhd as well, i'd love some of your thoughts on how i should help this! thanks!
