"time for breakfast Sapling!"
"No Daddy."
"Baby, what's wrong? You love breakfast? "
Dipper just cuddled into his blanket and whined.
Bill walks over and presses the back of his hand on the smallers'forehead.
"Baby, your burning up."
Dipper leaned into Bill's cool hand.
" My poor baby has the sickies, huh? "
Dipper nods and Bill sits on the bed, Dipper snuggled into him.
" Sapling, can you at least eat a little bit?" Dipper whined but nodded.
Bill takes the smaller out of the bed and brought him over to the changing table, he quickly changed Dipper and brought the little boy (who's now dressed in a warm fuzzy Pikachu onesie) down to the kitchen.
The boy was getting smaller by the second and soon all he could do was babble and whine.
Bill warms up a bottle of milk and pours the correct amount of cough syrup into it, before holding the fussy baby and letting the little drink.
After his bottle Dipper clings to his daddy.
He babbles and pokes at Bill's cheek.
"Ah! Belpeb!" Dipper says rubbing his eyes.
Suddenly he bursts out crying.
"Baby, what's wrong champ?" Bill asks but only gets incoherent bables and more crying.
"Did my baby go potty?"
Dipper continues to bables through tears, but clearly shakes his head no.
"Are you hungry Sapling?"
"Nuh!!" Bill frowns. He knew something was wrong with his baby, but he didn't know what to do. Then it clicked.
He snaps his fingers and a picture appears in front of him.
It was as if someone had flipped a switch, suddenly Dipper was his giggly self.
He pointed at the other boy in the page and whimpered.
"What's wrong baby?"
"Ded." Dipper mumbles. He then points to his mother.
"Mumma. Sissy." He says, pointing to Mabel afterwards.
Bill snaps his fingers and the picture was replaced with CooCoo.
Dipper pulls the toy against himself and coughed.
"I no feel good." Dipper says, slowly aging up.
"It's okay baby, I'll put on cartoons and go make lunch." Dipper nods, but when Bill went to set him down he shreeked as loud as he could.
"I guess you'll come with me troublemaker." Bill says with a chuckle.
