That person was actually multiple people. It was all of the U.A high's very own teachers. 

It turns out that they heard a ruckus and thought it was a villain attacking the students. Once the students reassured the teachers they went to leave, however the students had other plans.

"Wait, do you guys want to listen to Izumi's singing real quick before you leave!" PresentMic was the first to answer a little to loud with "My little listener can sing!?! " Everyone had to cover their ears, but they nodded their heads anyways. In the end PresentMic, Aizawa, Midnight, Ectoplasm, No.13, HoundDog, Nezu, and Snipe stayed to listen.

They all sat down in front of the T.V when everyone was seated Momo pressed play.

Everyone was enjoying sweet relief Izumi's voice gave their stress levels.

The teachers were surprised someone was so young, but oh so talented.

"Next, next, next, next-" "Shut up." Aizawa finished. Everyone in the room were eerily quite."Play the next one." he said in a monotone voice. Momo slowly pressed the play button.

She walks to school with the lunch she packed

They could tell it was a sad song with a lot of emotion.

The teacher wonders but she doesn't ask

The students gasped, the teachers were wondering what happened. While once again Bakugou seemed more noticeably distraught. Except this time people (and a rat, bear, mouse thing) took notice.

This gave them a little peace at mind.

"I wonder if this is when we were kids and she was still a late-bloomer?" Katsuki thought.

A few more emotional students were starting to tear up.

"I think that's enough for today it's almost past cerfew" Nezu stated. There were some groans of complains but one glare from Aizawa made them clean and put everyone in bed, and in less than five minutes.
