Synopsis: The emperor falls for his guard and they end up having a sexual relationship. The emperor is the only thing the guard knows. When the emperor is unable to impregnate his wife to have an heir, he turns to his guard. That's when things take a turn for the worse as the guard and queen fall for each other.

Opinion: If you are here for the bl (i know most of you are), you will be disappointed. The guard and King care for each other, but the King loves the guard since he is gay. SPOILER!!!!: The guard is bisexual, so he and the queen fall in love causing the king pain. Honestly, this movie is pretty sad. The emperor wants the guard at his side but the guards heart lies elsewhere. I gave it a low rating because i was here for the bl and what i got was a bunch of bullets in the heart. If you don't mind, watch it. It is a good movie overall but there is a lot of nudity. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Its not something i'd watch again, obviously. But the movie shows the one sided love of the emperor and how he struggles to keep the guard for himself. There is tears, love and betrayal.
