Drabble: "It's midnight."

The One Where Eijirou Kirishima Has A Birthday.

You watched Eijirou sleep. He looked peaceful with his little snores and sleeping sounds.

You laid snuggled up next to him. His arm stretched out under your head as a pillow.

You bit your lip as you contemplated waking your husband up. It was midnight. He deserved his sleep but it was now officially October 16th, and if you were being honest, you were hungry.

You reached your hand up and touch his cheek. Brushing your thumb over his skin.

"Eijirou..."

No response. You try again, louder this time.

"Eijirou."

He's still unresponsive so you shake him a little. You swear his snores just got louder.

"Eijirou!"

Your husband jerks awake.

"What's wrong?! Is it the baby?"

"No. I'm fine. We're fine. It's your birthday! Happy birthday!"

"It's midnight."

"Yeah... But I'm hungry... We should go get cupcakes."

Eijirou rolls out of bed and pulls his jeans on.

"In other words, your using my birthday as a reason to get food."

"Well, you're not eating for two."

You pout as you rub your protruding stomach.

"You don't need to use my birthday as a scapegoat. I'm happy to fetch you cupcakes any day of the year, whether it is twelve in the morning or twelve in the afternoon."

Eijirou kissed your forehead.

"You're the best."

"Do you guys want chocolate or vanilla?"

"It's your birthday, you should decide."
