simply put: wear clothes and styles that were popular before the 2000s. thrifting or seeing if your parents/relatives have any old clothes would be perfect for this aesthetic!
colours to wear: bright red, neon pink, light or navy blue, white
clothing items to wear: - white t-shirts - tanktops ("wifebeaters") - brand name tops (nike, adidas, etc.) - black spaghetti strap over white t-shirt - chunky sweaters - crewnecks - anything patterned!! - jean jackets - acid wash denim - straight or wide leg denim/mom jeans - bootleg or bell bottom jeans - highwaisted pants - long white socks - converse - white tennis shoes - fila shoes
