First, spin the amount wheel, but take out the zeros. Next, spin this wheel the number of times that you get. Then, spin the location wheel for each of the times you've spun, and that will be relative to this wheel. So the first thing you get on this wheel will go with the first thing you got on the location wheel. However, All-over cancels out any other black pattern. If you get all-over, spin this wheel one more time, but take out all-over. Then spin for the location. This will be where the areas that are not black will be.
