Description:
User can disable the sound to anybody's ears from up to 30 meters. The user can also do it to a person of choice up to 39 meters. When the user disabled all of the sound, the victim(s) will hear a musicbox lullaby with the user's singing. The music will paralyze the victim(s) and give them nightmares when paralyzed.
Drawbacks:
User will go deaf for an amount of time depending of how many people were affected.
1 person- 5 minutes
5 people- 9 minutes
10 people- 14 minutes
20 people- 30 minutes
