Description:
The user can build up/conserve energy in their body and release it in a sound-wave like blast. The wave will appear translucent and wavering in a high speed, and will only stop until all of it hits an object, making it smaller and less effective as it goes on. The user can control how much energy that goes into the wave. The wave will also determine it's size by how much energy was released.
Down-Side:
The user will feel drowsy and tired due to lack of energy they have, and feel very weak and numb to touch. The user may feel pralyzed and a bit of vibrations throughout their body due to the quirk being released off of them.
in other words, you're basically a kaminari-jiro quirk child.
