Quirk Name: Sleepy Cloud
-User has a cloud-like partner(like Dark Shadow, but is detached)
-Cloud can float up to 3ft and 7in. high
-Cloud can hold anybody's weight if it's big enough
-Cloud can shape itself into any shape or human(but still cloud-looking)
-Cloud can make itself into a liquid of gas
-When user says "Sleep" or "Sleepy Time" anybody up to 10ft around the user will pass out for a limited time(around 5-3 hours)
-User is affected by their quirk, making user's cloud partner carrying them around
-The quirk takes a lot of energy, depending how much people were affected
-User is sleeping mostly, being carried around most of the time
-User can become very alert a few hours before something dangerous happens
-When User is alert, their reflexes will be 10x faster and jumpier
-User can still listen to stuff even if they're sleeping
-If the quirk has over 15 people in the 10ft area, the user can be asleep for about 3 days straight
Drawbacks
-The user can become unusually tired and weak if used more that 20 times a day
-If Cloud overused on how it's molecules are used(liquid or gas), it'll disappear for 24 exactly
