Marinette POV

What could I get Adrien? I mean I could just get him some Fuji films or a skateboard, but he said anything hand made. Maybe I could make him something.

I walked up to my desk and sat down, flipping through my designs. There's a design I've been working on for some time, and I have an urge to make it. Looking at the design, I thought how perfectly it would fit him. I found my answer, this is what I'm gonna give him.

Touching up on the design took some time and also planning it. Stepping back and looking at the finished project, I calculated once more everything I would need.

I'll need to go out and get some new fabric and materials.

Buzz

I look over at my phone. It was a message from Alya.

Alya: Hey Mari, want to go Christmas shopping this week?

Mari: Sure!

Alya: When is it the best for you?

Mari: How about Saturday

Alya: That works! See you tm! Night!

Mari: Night Al!

This was gonna be the best Christmas ever!

Adrien POV

"Father, why are you here for dinner?" When I made it to the dining room, I saw Father sitting in his seat. How strange.

"I just decided to eat with you today."

"Really Father? Thank you!"

"Have a seat. Nathalie thank you." He nodded to Nathalie, who walked me in.

We ate in a somewhat comfortable silence. The last time I ate with my father was so long ago. I'm happy he's here.

"Adrien, about the Secret Santa."

"Yes?"

"I will produce one set of the ladybug set."

"You will Father?"

"Yes, under one condition. I need you to model for this year's winter gala."

"Of course Father. Thank you so much!"

"I'll get it to you as soon as possible."
He stood up and left. Leaving me in the room all by myself.

Yes! I thought.

I have a Secret Santa gift for Marinette! And it's perfect for her!

The next day at school...

"Hey dude!" Nino said as I walked into the room.

"Hey!" Nino stood up and we did a bro hug.

We sat down. "Wanna go Christmas shopping?"

"Mm sure, but I'll have to ask Father."

"Bro, if your father doesn't let you, I'm gonna go talk to him myself."

I chuckled, "like that worked last time."

"Who knows, maybe he's in the Christmas spirit and will let you go."

"Maybe. I'll text you after school?"

"Sure."
