I woke up in the morning to see that Shiki was no longer by my side.
As I was going out of the room to take a look in the living room, I heard Shiki's voice and the voice of an other man that was extremely similar to his.
I heard them chatting in the living room about... Halloween ?
Why are they talking about Halloween ? What day is it ?
I looked on the little calendar on the night table.
31 of october !
Today it's Halloween ! I completely forgot about that !
As I lost in my thoughts, laughters came to my ears.
The other man was laughing and said merrily.
? : You really fall for her, right ?
Shiki: Shhhhh ! You're going to wake her up, idiot !
? : What if I do ? I want to see what this girl has that is so special !
Shiki: There is no way I introduce her to you.
? : Why ?
Shiki: You are going to scare her, pervert.
? : *giggles* What are talking about ? She will love me !
Shiki: There's no way.
?/Shiki: *laughs*
I smiled when I heard them laugh so heartily.
They seem to get along really well.
But it's also a little disturbing because Shiki do not easily open up to people.
That's when I remembered that before saying that Shiki and the man where talking about Halloween.
What is the link between Halloween and me ?
I tried to think about a possible connection but nothing came to my mind.
If I continue to listen to their conversation maybe...
No ! It's rude to listen to others' conversations !
Anyway I could always ask Shiki even if it's something private, I'm sure he will tell me !
But afterwards he will know that I listened to their conversation...
No, I'm going to play fool and keep that for myself.
Then I decided to take some clothes and get dressed in the bathroom connected to the bedroom.
Once I finished getting ready, I went out of the room to realize that the man was gone.
(F/N): Hi.
Shiki who was on his phone and leaning against the kitchen counter looked up surprised before smiling at me with a soft blush.
Shiki: Hi.
He approached me and kissed me before taking me in his arms tenderly.
We stayed in a tight embrace for a moment and that's when my belly starts to gurgle.
(F/N): Oh.
Shiki laughed.
Shiki: Hungry ?
