Ever since Osana died, Taro was lonely.
He wasn't popular at Akademi, and he didn't have many friends. Quite a few had been murdered- it was suspicious to still let people carry on classes with a killer running around.
To be honest, Taro was scared to come to school in fright of what might happen to him.
Another person was missing.

At school

"Where is Kokona?"
Megami stormed into the class,
"Kokana Haruka has been reported missing!"
She put a hand on her hip.
"The killer will not stop his/her actions soon- keep an eye out."

The class nodded and swivelled round in there seats toward the teacher.
"You heard her, stay safe!"
Megami left the classroom instantly.

Taro's year hadn't been good, his best friend, Osana, was killed, or simply murdered, Kokona, he didn't know her much but she was nice, has been reported missing. Who could be next?

After class, Taro went to the plaza. He didn't do much socialising- he just sat on the edge of the fountain, reading a book. Taro was a knowledgeable student, he had never revived anything under B+!

Taro sat on the edge of the fountain,
And got his favourite novel out of his rucksack. Kids behind him were splashing about and getting his book wet.
Oh well.

Taro moved towards a tree away from the water, where he saw a girl with black hair, tucked back in a ponytail, sitting down at the foot of the tree.
"Are you okay?!"
The girl gazed up at him with her deep, soulless eyes.
"I... I'm-uh- I'm ok." She stuttered.
"Are you sure? you don't look too good I'm going to get the nurse!"
The girl closed her eyes and fully collapsed.

Nurses office

"Excuse me?!"
The nurse payed full attention to the boy, "why, hello there."
"Um... that girl...in the plaza doesn't look well!"
The nurse frowned.
"Oh I see." She said in a soft, creepy voice.
She walked out the door to the plaza, where she saw the girl collapsed near
The tree.
What can I do to help?! I'll just leave it to her.
Slowly, the girl opened her eyes.
Taro was relived to see she was okay.
She led back against the tree,
"I'm fine, just leave."
The whole group were staring at her.
"Seriously, I'm fine..."
She didn't look fine, she looked grey in the face.
The nurse shook her head.
"Heh...you don't need to worry about m~"
She closed her eyes once again.
Taro wondered if this girl was the murderer's next victim.
"Leave."
The nurse refused to until she was in a safe condition.

The nurses office (again)

Once the girl was treated, she exited and went outside the front by herself.
Taro cautiously followed her,
"Hey I forgot to ask your name?"
"Ayano. Ayano Aishi."
That name sounded familiar...
Aishi...
Aishi...
Aishi...
Aishi...
"Cya round Ayano."
She gave him a faint smile.
"See you..."
