She's actually stronger than she looks. During containment breaches, she heads to Cain or Abel to train. The two have taught her a lot about hand to hand combat. She once, successfully, wrestled a weapon out of Abel's hand and pinned him to the floor. He was so proud and she enjoys being able to defend herself without needing to strangle people.
