When I reached the pack door of Hugo, his pack members bowed in respect.

I used to come here but I didn't recognise them.

"Alpha" They said in unison and I smiled

"Can you ask your alpha if I'm allowed inside?" I asked and they stared at me in confusion

"You don't have to ask for permission, Alpha Hugo asked us to allow you and little alpha whenever you want" the man explained

"What's your name?" I asked

I mean, this was going to be my pack too

"Charlie, I'm in charge of the security here" He said

"Well, thank you for the information Charlie, is there someone whom I should be careful of in this pack?" I asked to be on the safe side

"Eh... Nah, everyone is almost okay. We have some assholes here but I can't snitch" He said with a chuckle, rubbing his neck

I smiled and shook my head before entering inside

Werewolves stared at me in awe and started whispering things.

I could recognise familiar faces and I smiled at them.

I saw an old lady whom I recognised and when I waved at her, she smiled as wide, her wrinkles reaching her eyes

Awe ma!

She used to make delicious Indian sweet for us and I enjoyed them.

As I continued my way inside, I stiffened on the spot when I saw a half naked Hugo playing with kids. He was shirtless and his sweaty abs could be seen. I could smell his husky scent and I was being affected by it

He was laughing while pups ran behind him.

He held a toy steak hanging by a string and the pups were jumping, trying to catch it

I didn't miss the way unmated wolves oogled him and that made my wolf and... Well, me, jealous

Zoro and I insisted on keeping our dicks to ourselves but not all wolves do that

I'm not talking about Hugo,

I'm talking about others.

I growled under my breath and struggled to keep my calm when I could smell the arousal of some people

Ew, I wanted to puke

I shook my head and controlled myself

I can't harm Hugo's pack members,

I may hate Hugo but this used to be my second home and.. It will be again.

I have to try for Zac

A woman walked towards me confidently and I smirked

"Zane Davis, well well, fancy to seeing you here in this pack" Marissa said with a smirk and I chuckled

"Hm, nice to meet you too, Mari! Abel sends you compliment" I said and she giggled

"Oh Zane, it feels good to see you here again. I missed your presence here, specially the old alpha" She said softly and I smiled sadly

"I miss it here too! Marissa, Hugo couldn't have chosen a better beta than you" I said sincerely and she smiled

I heard a tiny whine and I looked around to see a little pup that wasn't participating in the game

He had his head on the ground, looking at Hugo silently
