"Wake up" A man's voice said and Zero slowly opened his eyes

A man knelt down and had a smile on his face

"Come here Zero, you're a good boy, aren't you?" The man said kindly and Zero gulped

"Y-you'll hit me!" Zero stuttered and the man frowned

"Oh Zero, I won't! You're such a good boy, come here" The man said the boy slowly walked towards him

"Good boy" He praised and Zero flinched when the man slowly ran his fingers through Zero's hair

Zero slowly calmed down and when he heard the man's chuckle,he froze.

"So trusty, you should have known better!" He taunted and Zero cried as his dad held his hair tight

Zero's father picked him up by the hair before throwing him on the ground making the boy whimper

Everytime,

The man does it every single time yet, Zero continues to trust him

He gives zero the hope that everything will be fine but he always crushes the tiny hope Zero had.

"You useless alpha" the man said, kicking the little 4-years-old boy on his hips and the boy who was named 'zero' by his father whimpered, trembling in fright

He could see a tiny black pup in his mind whimpering in fear

Zero opened his eyes and got up shakily making his father sneer in annoyance

The father dragged Zero around the room before throwing him on the ground. Zero let out a pained cry making the man even angrier than before.

"You're not a wolf but instead, you're a sissy boy! You're a disgrace to the alphas! You haven't even shifted yet and you're useless, just like a human. You thought I finally like you?" The man screamed, angry that the little bitch was a waste of time

Zero curled himself into a ball while the man growled, walking away in frustration

Zero could feel his stomach grumble, begging to be fed. His knees were bruised and he couldn't bear his own odour.

He didn't take a bath for two weeks now because he wasn't allowed to see the daylight. The man fed him stale bread.

The last time he was given a shower was two weeks ago when he was thrown into a river by his father who told him to clean himself.

Zero ended up choking as water filled his lungs. He would struggle to keep his head up but managed to drag himself out.

That drained him of the little energy he had.

He wasn't given a towel, a punishment for being useless, for being a zero.

Zero broke out of his depressing thought when he suddenly heard his father scream

He heard wolves' howls and snarls and the little boy jumped when the door opened with a loud bang

He looked up to see his cruel mother walk towards him.

The woman had red eyes and Zero whimpered in fright.

He could see the black pup in his mind growl loudly but they were both weak

Zero didn't know why there was a pup in his head

He didn't understand what an alpha was

He didn't understand why his father was angry at him.
