Yancy x Reader: A Sweet Surprise

It had been almost two weeks since Yancy helped you escape the prison and it seemed like no one even noticed that you were gone, well expect for Yancy.

It had been painful for him since he had no idea if you were even going to visit him, no one has ever had him thinking like this before. He wanted to go with you but he knew better and just stayed locked up like he was meant to be.

'Just one more week and they wills be back for me, I just have this funny feeling about it ya know?' he thought to himself as he laid down in his bed and drifted off to another restless night.

One week later

Today was the day, you had prepared a special surprise for him as you made yourself more presentable since you were going out and visiting that sweet and adorable man that helped you escape, even though you both could've escaped that night but things never go the way they should.

You get into your car as you set the plate of cookies into the passenger seat of your car and drove off to the happy trails penitentiary.

It was surprisingly not that long of a drive to that strange place as you parked your car, grabbed the covered plate and went in and headed to the front desk to check-in and it was the same woman that processed you and Mark when you guys first arrive there.

"What do you need?" she asked with the same monotone voice as she did before.

"Oh, I'm here for my conjugal visit with Yancy."

"Alright go down the hall and enter through the third door to your left and we will have him in there for you."

"Thank you, mam'." you smiled happily as you carried the plate of cookies and entered the third room to your left.

It was a small room with light grey brick walls and beige floor tiles. There was only a small table with two chairs and a bed tucked away into the corner of the room.

You sit down at the small table and set the plate down in front of you as you waited patiently and stared at the door that was across the room.

It only seemed to be a moment before you heard some sort of commotion behind the door as it flings open and revealed a guard pushing a protesting Yancy into the room with you.

"You guys have 14 minutes and then it's back to your cell." the guard closes the door as Yancy fixes his hair and quickly turns to look at you.

"Youse actually came back to sees me..." he seemed to be in disbelief as he walks over to the table and notices the plate with the tin foil covering it.

"Um hey, whats under this thing?" he asked as he sat down across from you.

"Those are for you, just a little way to say thank you for what you did for me." you smiled sheepishly as he started to uncover the plate and squeals in delight.

"Youse made these cookies fors me?! Thanks youse so much!" he grinned as he started chowing down on the chocolate chip cookies.

"It was nothing really." a small blush appeared on your cheeks as you sat there and the two you caught each other up of what happened during your time apart.

And soon the 14 minutes were up as the guard opened the door and informed both of you.

"Wells I best be going then." he chuckled as you nodded in agreement.

"So I will sees youse next month?"

"You bet and you have my number so you can now call me as well." you got up from your seat and smiled softly at him.

"Yeah...Oh! And ones more thing to show that I really cares about youse." he blushed softly as he leaned in and gave you a quick peck on your lips and quickly left with the guard as he shouted,

"See you next time sweetums!"

You just stood there in a flustered mess as you watch the door slowly close with the criminal that had just stolen your heart.
