Darkiplier x Reader: New style

(just some darkiplier fluff cause why not? And a lot of people in the yancy discord server wanted some darkiplier fluff so it worked out perfectly, hope you enjoy it!)

Ever since you let Dark move in with you, you had noticed one thing about him. It was his wardrobe. Mostly his clothes were black and grey, with the exception of a white suit which you have never seen him wear.

That was the other problem, he had only one style, and it was formal. Not even one set of pajamas? You sighed as you got your phone out and called him. After a few moments of ringing, you heard him pick up.

"What is it now Y/N? I'm very busy so you need to make this call quick."

"Well first of all hi, and second when is the next day you are off work?"

"Hm let me see..." you hear some shuffling of papers and him mumbling to himself.

"I'm free tomorrow, why do you ask?"

"Cause I want to go to the mall with you."

"Like a date?"

"Um sure, like a date."

"Alright fine, I will see you later once I come home, bye."

"Bye." you sighed as you hung up and put your phone back into your pocket. "Well, at least he said bye."

Time skip to the next day

You both were up and ready at a decent time, as you glanced over at Dark as he was straightening out his suit jacket.

"Hey Darkie?"

"Yes love?"

"Can you use some sort of teleportation so I don't have to drive?"

"What makes you assume that I can teleport?"

"Um the dark and mysterious mist that surrounds your body seems like it could, and I'm pretty sure you aren't human."

He rolled his eyes as he pulled you close to him,

"Just close your eyes."

You nodded and closed your eyes, your hearing consumed by that signature high pitched ringing of his. As soon as it started, it ended. As you slowly opened your eyes, and you both were standing in front of the mall.

"Thank you my raven." you smiled and kissed his cheek,

"Don't mention it." a slight blush appeared on his cheeks as you held his hand and lead him into the mall.

Once you both had entered and found a small electronic billboard that showed the whole outline of the mall, you were mentally marking all the clothing stores into your head.

Dark looks down at you with slight curiosity,

"So your highness, what do you want to do?"

"Well I was needing some new outfits, and I wanted you here to help me pick some since you have great taste in fashion."

He looked at you with a sense of doubt, and a strange feeling that he was being tricked, but he decided to roll along with it.

"Alright, lead the way then, since you seem to be more familiar with this place." he seemed to shift closer to you as you both walked to your first stop, which was at an H&M store.

"Well I'm going to go and look in the unisex section, how about you check out what they have in the men's section?" your plan was now in full swing as you saw him roll his eyes as he slowly made his way over.

After a few minutes of finding nothing tasteful, or if it was, there was no way you were going to pay for it, you made your way over to the men's section to look for Dark.

Once you find him, he was holding a black turtleneck sweater up against himself and looking in a nearby mirror. You gasped slightly as you made your way over to him with a stupid grin on your face.

Dark finally snaps out of his train of thought as he looks over at you and glares,

"You brought me here so I could find something that isn't a suit correct?"

"Mhm! And it looks like my plan is working." you giggled to yourself as you saw he also had hanging over his forearm was a pair of light grey sweatpants.

"I can't believe you tricked me into this, you are going to pay for this."

"Last time I checked, you are the one that's going to pay for that." you gave him a smug smile as you saw the internal conflict in him, of whether to be proud or angry at your comeback.

"Fine, whatever, but we are stopping by one store that really caught my interest."

"Oh? And what store would that be my raven?"

"Hot Topic."

Oh no.

After spending two, maybe three hours in Hot Topic, you finally left the mall. Dark was grinning from ear to ear as he carried two Hot Topic bags in one hand filled with god knows what.

"I swear I hate you sometimes." you groaned slightly as he pulled you close again.

"I love you too my little dove." he kissed the top of your head as you closed your eyes again.

Once you knew you two were home again, you stood up on your tiptoes and gave him a quick kiss,

"You're welcome by the way." you laughed as you quickly left the room and just left a stunned and very confused Dark.
