As usual, after that, touya was extra anxious..always checking his surroundings in fear of seeing his father standing there. He'd also stick around Shoto..making sure his innocent brother was safe. Touya was admittedly jealous of Shoto's quirk/quirks..touya only had fire. Yes it was blue fire but Shoto, having ice AND fire was extremely rare and helpful..though touya would never be petty over it, he loved his little brother.

"Touya..?"

"Hm?"

"Why does dad not like us..?"

Touya froze..he shouldnt have to explain this to a kid..

"..because..thats how dad is okay? Dont worry about it shoto"

Touya smiled , hoping to be convincing enough to have his brother be reassured. Luckily,he'd learnt some very convincing fake smiles..Shoto smiles back, hugging his older brother tight..

"Dont go Touya..ever"

"You know i'd never leave you shoto"
