Billie's POV <3
We enter a Diner. I slide into a booth and Millie sits right across from me. I could see that something was wrong, she was breathing harder then normal and her hands were trembling.
"Whats wrong?" I ask. "You can tell me, Im here for you always"
She starts to sob. "Jake Walters raped me 10 months ago" She says softly
I gasp in complete shock.
"I told him to stop, but he wouldn't. I can still remember him chuckling in my ear. The smell of cigarettes and beer, he just laughed at my attempts to push him off. THE MORE I TRIED THE HARDER HE PUSHED."
"All I wanted was for him to stop" Millie wailed
"Why didn't you tell anyone" I asked
"It is mother fucking Jake Walters, you think anyone would listen to me. He's like the King of the School. No matter what I would of said they would have believed him over me"
"He told me if I told anyone he would have me destroyed in a heartbeat. I can still remember his hot breath against my skin." Millie muttered
"Look at me" I tell her
"yes"
"I love you more than you will ever know and I will always be here for you. Millie I love and adore you. Ever since I first laid my eyes on you."
"I love you too" she replies with a faint smile.
I lean across the booth and kiss her gorgeous lips until it feels like I couldn't breathe any longer.
