Introduction [Edited]

Hey, everyone! I'm Michaela, and welcome to this story. I wrote this back in 2019/2020 (I still haven't finished it, though, oof), but I'm returning to it to edit and put the last chapter (or two) out. If you can't tell by the name of the story, it is a Higgs X F! Reader fanfic (because I'm a slut for any Troy Baker character, even if he plays the bad guy). This little chapter will contain some information about the story and the changes that will happen when I edit, so I do recommend reading the introduction!

The story, as it stands, is written in first-person POV, but I will be changing it to second-person in the edits, so for any of my readers, don't be confused if it changes at some point in the book from second-person to first-person POV; it just means I'm in the middle of editing and haven't gotten to it yet. This story is also mature, meaning it's for those of you who are 18+, as it does contain adult content, from violence to smut, though I provide warnings for smut in case any of you want to skip past it! Other types of sexual content, such as suggestiveness, nondescript sexual activities, and innuendos, will not have warnings. Also, on a general note, Higgs' age in this is 30, Sam's is 38, and Fragile is 29.

In addition, some other minor changes that will occur is changing the use of [Name] to Y/N. Although, it won't be used that much because I tend to avoid writing it in general nowadays as not to break the flow of the story. I also will be making minor changes to the plot and fixing up areas I feel may be confusing or just need a rework. Finally, I'm going to include dates and times in the edit because I think it's easier to follow along with those types of time skips rather than when it just says "five days later," "three hours later," etc. because it eventually gets hard to keep track on how much time passed.

Appearance: I leave the description of your character nondescript so that you can imagine yourself or your OC! The only thing I imply is that you are shorter than Higgs but I don't specify by how much.
Affiliation: Bridges
DOOMs: Based on what Bridges has seen from you so far, they believe you have the extinction factor level 5. You can sense and see BTs without the odradek and teleport without a negative effect on your body. You also have a unique ability that you call chiral blood that allows you to create a substance that is a mixture of chiralium and blood. This substance can be used to kill BTs or protect yourself from their attacks.
