I watched my reflection in the large rectangular mirror that Minghao placed in front of me on my bed covers. I didn't even know where he had found this, I was sure I didn't have a gold framed mirror anywhere in here.

His figure sitting next to me was still glowing of a strange blue light, but I couldn't see him through the reflecting glass, only little sparks that danced in the air were defining his body.

"I don't think this is going to work Minghao..". I murmured as I turned to look at him, whose eyes were fixed right in front of him, at the mirror.

"Just believe me and try to do as I say.". He softly said and took a deep breath that made me realise he was really determined.

I didn't know what he was so sure about and what he wanted to test, but I had to trust him, I had to help him someway and this might be my only chance.

"Place both of your palms on the mirror and close your eyes.". He said and I did exactly that, as my hands came in touch of the cold object in front of me.

"Now try to relax your mind and focus just on an object in this house that makes you think of me.". He added.

There were so many things that remined me of him, but only one popped in my mind: the white lilies in the living room. That's probably what he is most affectionated to.

I heard a few faint rustles from beside me but tried my best to focus. "Minghao? What's next?".

"Oh.". He sounded suprised for a second. "I was just making sure I remembered all the steps..". I felt he came closer as his voice got a bit clearer.

I returned to focus only on the image of the lilies as he said to do. "I think that now I have to place my hands on the mirror surface too..". He whispered but he didn't sound sure.

"Mh... I think she said to touch it and then it would happen..". The mirror shook as he placed one hand.

"Wait, who-". I got interrupted when I felt emptiness surrounding me, a strange feeling creeping in me.

My body felt suffocating, my chest was burning, I tried to scream for help, I tried to call for Minghao but it seemed like something was pushing me down and choking me.

I opened my eyes but everything was covered pitch black, I turned around but there was not even a single tiny light that could help me see where I was.

I shut my eyes again as the pain became unbearable.

"Mum! Look it's a shooting star!".

I yanked my eyes open as the voice of a little boy screamed in front of me. His little bright eyes looked right through me as if he was reaching up to someone.

I found myself in a garden right in front of a white villa, the big windows on the second floor were reflecting the moon's light. My surrounding seemed to be taken care with extreme attention, the bushes cut in creative scultures and their branches modified to look like animals, people and all kind of shapes.

A slim woman with a silk white dress walked through me and to the little boy, extending her arms to pick him up as she did so.

Her face radiated a calming but strong aura, eyes squinting at the sight of his smile and arms wrapping around the tiny body of his son as if she wouldn't be able to hold him anymore after this moment.

However her body didn't seem to have the same strenght, her thin hands and legs seemed like they couldbreak anytime and her whole figure looked fragile like glass.

"Yes, Minghao, now close your eyes and make a wish.". The boy closed tightly his eyes with the help of his mother hand that brushed his eyelids and opened them short after.
