rolled his eyes, sighing.

doyoung mocked his
seatmate, making weirdly
irritating impersonations
of jaehyun's scoldings.
❝ you know, i heard the
math geeks talking about
some really juicy shit near
the girls locker room! ❞
doyoung started another
conversation, which
slightly made jaehyun
a little more interested
in hot gossip. ❝ fine. what's
the 411? ❞ he gave in,
resting his chin on his palm.
❝ apparently, a new girl
is gonna enter the school

up with the girl in chemistry

as doyoung continued
to blab his mouth away,
jaehyun couldn't help but
think of the one and only,
lee taeyong, at the mention
of road trip. something that
the two friends were
supposed to do during the
summer break.
it's become a usual for
taeyong to pop up in his
thoughts at the most random
times of the day.
he missed him.
jaehyun had always had
the urge of going up to his
doorstep and knocking
his knuckles on the wooden
door, but he convinced
himself that his best friend
was probably much busier
than he said he was going
to be. and the last thing
jaehyun would want to be
is a nuisance.
then again, he wanted to
make sure that taeyong was
okay. he wanted to ask what
he had for lunch and
exchange different flavored
gum. he wanted to make
sure that he isn't overwhelmed
with what he's doing in life
to survive and that he's
just as healthy as he makes
it out to be. but he's probably
alright, right?
it was okay, because he
believed that they were
going to meet at the end
of the year, just as taeyong
promised.
