1 what inspired you to write?
I once watched a film that made me cry. My brother found it a bit weird and said "Suck it up buttercup, it's just a fantasy film you know they're not real.......right?" After that I watched many videos on YouTube on how to get your reader to feel your character. The rest is history!
2 what's your favorite snack?
Cake. Or cheese toasties. But mostly cake.
3 what's a song you enjoy? Who is the artist?
Oh that's a hard one. Probably 'Ship to Wreck' by Florence + the machine. I think its because I can just relate to it so much.
4 Are you still surprised when you get a new vote, follow or comment?
When I get a follow I normally check out there account and see if they have any books I might be interested in. I also check to see who else they follow so I know if I'm judging them in a competition or not. But if they have no books and have just a link I normally just leave them, because I know the followed me because my username is 'BJConnor'. I don't think I need to explain what a BJ is.
5 what's the best way to handle a bully?
Speak to an adult you trust, whether it be your Mammy, your teacher, your friends Dad etc. Seriously, you will feel a little better after spilling your heart out. Then you'll have some to help face your problem.
6 what's a good piece of advice for a newcomer?
The first draft will always be the worst. Trust me, nobody writes an amazing first draft.Even if your Quentin Tarantino or Stephen King and you've been in this writing game for years, every first chapter, paragraph, sentence, word will suck. But don't just give up there and then. Learn from your mistakes rewrite it again and again until you think it's worthy for other mortals to lay their eyes on.
7 how would you celebrate a publishing deal?
Cry for a bit (tears of joy) then go back to what I was doing.
8 what's one Wattpad goal?
Write 10 books and enter 1 into the Wattys.
9 what's your schedule regarding your writing?
*giggles nervously* Um.....I had a schedule but something happened. Something called school happened.
10 what's your favorite book?
That's a hard one.....I going to go with Knights of the Borrowed Dark
11 what's your favorite thing about Wattpad?
It allows me to socialize with people who share the same interests as me from all over the world.
