-Breaking news! Shortly after noon, an explosion occurred inside the headquarters of Toyo railroad. The reports are that Toyo chairman Yutani, along with three others are confirmed dead. The four victims were all on the Ajin Sato's list.- The News report proclaimed.

"And some are saying that this may be retribution by Sato for the government's hard-lined stance. Large protests are continuing in the response to Sato's repeated attacks." She added.

Walking over to the list Izumi cross out their names.

Ruby walks over to the list and narrows her eyes "I don't like this; Sato is up to something." She stated.

"I would have to agree." Izumi stated.

An hour later, everyone was given a half hour break.

Ruby sighs as she sits on top of the roof and looked up at the sky.

She narrows her eyes as she thinks about Sato's abrupt attacks, she knows for a fact that the old Ajin is up to something, and she thinks it has something to do with all the jewels that Maria is stealing.

She sighs in frustration and jumps off the roof and lands on her feet "Ruby?"

Turning around she was met with Kei and Dr. Ogura.

"Hey." She greeted.

Kei clears his throat "Uh, Ruby? Where did you come from?" Kei asked a little weirded out that his girlfriend just appeared from above.

"The roof." The Huntress said like it was the simplest thing in the world.

"How are you still alive?" Kei asked.

Ruby shrugs her shoulders "I've fell from higher." She said truthfully.

"Besides, as you know the people of Remnant know how to turn regular humans into super humans by natural means. And so, anyone with the right training could survive that jump." She answered.

Ogura looks at her amused "I'm still very curious on what your home is like. I might just come visit one of these days." He stated as he takes another puff from his cigarette.

The man then looks at Kei and asked, "Speaking of Remnant, what do you plan to do after you leave with her?"

Kei looks at him confused "Why would you want to know that?" he asked.

"Just curious." He stated.

Kei looks down, in total honesty he really doesn't know what he'll do once this is all over. "I don't know. Before becoming an Ajin, my only goal in life was to become a doctor. But now, I don't know." He stated.

"Well, you could still become a doctor in Remnant." Ruby stated.

The Ajin looks at his girlfriend in shock "What?"

"Well, Remnant don't know anything about the Ajin, and it's very secluded. So, you might be able to still follow your dream to become a doctor." She proclaimed.

She walks over and sits right next to him "All we need to do is forge a file for you, and you could easily get into any medical school that you want."

She smirks as she lays her head on his shoulder "Besides, you have to do something in the time that I'll be away at Beacon. And I know for a fact that you would rather drop dead and stay that way than become an unemployed lazy bum." She stated and lays her head on his shoulder.

Kei chuckles knowing that she's not wrong, the male Ajin loving nuzzles his head against hers and then lightly kisses her forehead.

Ogura rolls his eyes at the loving gesture, "Get a room lovebirds." He proclaimed as he got up and left.
