Max is short and curvy, with fair skin and a ton of freckles and sun spots from being in the sun so much. He has quite a few scars, on his arms, legs, and back, and he hides them with sweaters or sweatshirts and jeans. He rarely wears shorts or short sleeves, insecure about his scars and whatnot. He has bright blonde, slightly curly hair, and amber eyes, the slightest bit of yellow/green in the center.

Personality:
Maxwell is a big softie, almost always bright and bubbly. He's a total sweetheart, too, always doing his best to make sure those around him are happy and enjoying themselves. He's not the best at advice, but he's good at listening and providing comfort! He also really really enjoys physical affection. Outside is one of his favorite places to be, especially when the weather is nice. He loves to look at plants and flowers or climb trees, he'd even say he feels most himself when he's there. Maxwell also flinches very easily, and apologizes frequently. If something's bad enough, he'll shut himself in (probably his house) for a bit.

Backstory:
Maxwell did grow up with a pretty good life, always excelling in science classes and all sorts of similar things. His sister, only two years younger than him, is growing up to be an incredible athlete as well. Bright future ahead of him. However, there was an unexpected and scarring (literally) setback. Maxwell got trapped in an abusive relationship for three years, maybe a little more. For his first three years of high school, he tried his best to hide it all, still doing his best in school, but it was horrible. At first it wasn't so bad, just a bit degrading, but soon he was constantly put down, and it was only about half a year before his ex boyfriend and began to beat him, physically hurting him, and he had been raped. The summer before his senior year, he had escaped the relationship thanks to his sister. Since then, he's been working on recovery, his sister having helped him immensely and she still does.
