His chef Joseph was already in the kitchen waiting to see what Prince wanted for lunch. He was surprised when Prince entered the kitchen with a woman. One, because it had been a while since Prince had a "Lady friend" around Paisley Park and two, this was the first time that he had taken a lunch in the little kitchen with a woman. He smiled. " Good Afternoon Sir, what will it be for lunch this afternoon?" " Good afternoon Joe, this is Y/ N, she will be having lunch with me" Prince then
turned to her. " I'am a vegetarian , but I'am sure Joe here can make you anything you want". She shook her head " I don't want anything done differently just because I'am here, it's your house, what ever you have will be fine ". Prince smiled wide. That was another winning point , she really could be the one. He then turned to Joseph " Pasta salad and garlic bread". Joe smiled "Coming right up" he said heading to the stoves. Prince then motioned her that they could have a seat at one of the tables while they waited for the food to be cooked. He wanted to get a
chance to get to know her better. Suddenly she stopped in her tracks as they walked to the table. " Something wrong?" he asked perplexed as to why she stopped. She paused for a moment but then brushed it off ." Oh no, nothing just taking everything in" she said taking a seat. Prince wasn't buying it, but he had a goal and that was to get to know her better. So he was surprised when she asked a very good question that he himself hadn't thought of because he was to preoccupied with getting to know her. "How do you think our luggage got switched?" she asked.

At first you hadn't noticed , but as you looked around you realized that this was the kitchen you was cooking in , in your dreams. But, you didn't want to bring that up so when he asked if something was wrong you said you was just taking everything in. You could see by his expression that he wasn't buying it but he didn't press the issue and for that you was grateful. You did however been wondering about something, so when you two was sitting you asked "How do you think our luggage got switched?". Prince's expression showed that he wasn't
expecting that question. He took a thoughtful moment then said "The only time I could think it could've happened is when I was going from my show In Mississippi to my show in Japan". A light bulb went off for you. " I was visiting my family in Mississippi " you said. " Which airport did you use ?" Prince asked. " Dalton airport " you said. Prince smiled " That's the one I used to fly to Japan". Wow what was the odds you think. It is then that you notice that Prince is smiling again making the rhythm of your heart change. " There is something I have been wondering" he said
" Yes?" You asked." You haven't asked about your luggage" he says and you blushed. You had been so caught up in what's been happening that you hadn't thought about it. " Guest I've been taken by what's happening ". Prince doesn't say anything, but just smiled wider. It's then that the lunch arrives. It smells so good. " We can exchange luggage later" he says. The two of you make light conversation as you eat the delicious lunch who knew pasta salad and garlic bread could taste so good. He tells stories about the music he was working on and with who he was working with and you shared about your home business you had and different plans you had for it. " I like that you own your own business " he says. This makes you smile.
