Christmas Night

It was a white christmas eve night as everyone was fast asleep and dreaming, the gang had found our by clemont's dad that him, ash's mom and serena's mom had rented out a cottage for them to celebrate christmas together as they couldn't celebrate it at their homes with their parents so now they are celebrating christmas and they have the cottage for an entire week, they love it in the cottage as it felt like home away from home and despite the fact bonnie did feel homesick at first she soon snuggled in and she felt fine by night fall.
so now it's christmas eve night around 11pm and everyone was fast asleep with clemont and bonnie sleeping together on a bunk bed with bennie on the top with dedenne and clemont on the bottom with tynamo and bunnelby in their own space on or near the bed, in the other room was ash and serena who were snuggled up together in a double bed and serena had her head on ash's shoulder hugging him while ash had one arm around her, also in the room was pikachu, togepi and pip and pikachu with pip were all snuggled up together on a bed of their own that while togepi was snuggled up between ash and serena for comfort.
lastly was a big spare room where the rest of the pokemon like clemont's luxray and chespin, serena's sylveon, delphox and pancham and ash's greninja, noivern, hawlucha, talonflame and goodra were all sleeping soundly around the room, the cottage itself was a big two story cottage with the bedrooms and bathrooms connected to each bedroom upstairs while downstairs was a living room and a kitchen with the living room full of christmas decorations and a big christmas tree in the corner covered in ball-balls, tinsil, lights and a big golden star on the top of the tree, also before bonnie and togepi went to bed they decided to leave cookies and milk for santa with a note, the note says 'dear santa, thank you for delivering our presents and i hope you get a well deserved rest after your job is done delivering presents, bonnie, togepi, pikachu, pip, ash, serena and clemont xxx'.
the cottage was a lovely place and it was also warm and snuggly, meanwhile in another cottage a bit away the famous trio from team rocket were sitting by the fire with jessie and james asleep on each other while meowth was still trying to get warm by the fire
'this fire is really warm' meowth thought as he snuggles up 'maybe we should take this cottage and take it everywhere with us so we will have a nice place to stay' he adds before dropping off to sleep
the trio were asleep and they were all snoring lightly as they felt warm and safe, back with the gang and they were still asleep when pikachu and togepi were suddenly woken up by jingling of some bells
'wha...what is that?' pikachu says looking around confused
'pikachu, what was that?' togepi says as she goes over to her big brother
'i don't know, let's go and find out' pikachu says hugging togepi and as pikachu was saying that pip woke up
'i'm coming too' pip says as she rubs her eyes
'ok, then lets go!' pikachu says happily and the trio went off as they ran thought the bedroom door leaving ash and serena to sleep
the trio then slowly went downstairs and as they did so the bells were louder
'it sounds like bells' pip says now realising what the noise was
'it is, pikachu replies as they all reach the door frame to the living room at the bottom of the stairs
pikachu then peers around the door frame and he expected to see someone in the living room but there was nobody there
'hmm, that's strange' pikachu says confused as he with pip and togepi walk into the living room 'here is where i heard the bells come from but...there nobody here' he says as he looks around
'maybe it was outside' pip says looking at the window then going over to it
pikachu follows and he had to help togepi up as she didn't know how to climb yet, the 3 of them then looked out the window after wiping the window to see what's outside, they don't see anything at first but then pikachu sees something red walking away from the cottage
'there! i saw something!' pikachu says in shock as he points
'i...don't see anything' pip says looking where pikachu was pointing but she didn't see anything
'i did, it was something red' pikachu says as he points outside surprised the other pikachu didn't see anything
"i see something!' togepi says and the 2 pikachu look back outside again
'where?' pip asked looking around outside
'there!' pikachu says spotting what togepi saw and it was the red thing again
'i see it too, let's go and check what it is' pip says and she, pikachu and togepi go outside
when the trio get outside though the front door, they look around till pip spots the red thing again and they run off after it, they ran as fast as they could with pikachu having to carry togepi as she was just a baby then they spot something which turned out to be a teddiursa
'pikachu, this is a teddiursa' pip says as she points to the teddiursa
'huh?' the teddiursa says confused
'sorry, we are looking for something red' pip says to the confused little bear pokemon
'...oh! i saw that too, it went that way' teddiursa says and points to west
'really? thanks!' pikachu says happily then they go off to where teddiursa was pointing
pikachu, pip and togepi walked for a bit but then it finally paid off when they saw the red thing the 3 of them saw in the cottage which turned it to be a delibird
'a delibird?' pikachu says confused to see the delivery pokemon
'huh? oh! hello children!' the delibird says happily 'what brings you here?' he asked curiously
'we were just wondering if you made bells ring as we heard then from the place we are staying in' pip asks and explains
'me? oh no! i think you heard my owners bells from his stantler' delibird says happily 'the stantler tented to be really loud when my trainer leaves them for a moment' he adds and shakes his head
'your trainer?' pikachu says confused
'yeah!' the delibird says happily then the bells go off again but this time a lot closer 'oh! that's my owner calling me, i got to go' he says happily then goes off into a mist
'hey! wait!' pikachu says as he runs after the delibird but he was gone 'he's gone' he says as he looks around confused
'how can he be gone? he was just here' pip says equally as confused
all of a sudden they hear the bells again but this time there was also someone shouting 'ho! ho! ho!' causing them to look up at the sound and there in the sky were 8 stantler that were pulling a red sleigh and inside was santa clause and the delibird from before
'is that?!' pip says in shock
'yes it is' pikachu replies a little shocked but not surprised like pip
the delibird sees pikachu, pip and togepi watching the sleigh and he whispers to santa, the red dressed man then looks down at the 3 pokemon then rummages for something, he then pulls out something then tosses it out towards the trio and the trio watch as a present lands in front of them
'who's it for?' pip asked as pikachu sniffs the present then looks at the tag curiously
'it's for...us 3' pikachu says and shows the tag to pip and togepi
the tag said 'to pikachu, pip and togepi, from santa' and the trio were confused on what it could be
'let's take it back so we can put it under the tree' pip says and pikachu nods before picking up the present
the 3 of them then head back with togepi slowly falling back to sleep and when they get to the cottage togepi was fully fast asleep in pip's arms, pikachu then put the present under the tree and then they head back to ash and serena's room
'nice and warm bed' pip says happily after she put togepi back to her bed which was between ash and serena
'yep, well goodnight' pikachu says and he snuggled up in the bed
'night pikachu' pip replies and then she went to sleep after snuggling up next to pikachu
the next morning and it was bonnie who was up first, she looks around after rubbing her eye and see it was morning and remembers what day it was
"it's christmas!" bonnie shouts happily and this made clemont shriek in surprise
"bonnie! calm down, it's morning" clemont says then mumbles
"but clemont, it's christmas!" bonnie says happily and that makes clemont get out of bed
"i know but it's early, your alarm hasn't even exploded yet" clemont says still a bit sleepy
bonnie just frowns then she catches dedenne who jumps into her arms from her top bunk
"come on dedenne, let's go downstairs and see how many presents we have" bonnie says happily
"dedenne!" 'yeah!' dedenne says happily and the pair then leave clemont so he can wake up
bonnie and dedenne then go downstairs and when they get to the living room the pair were really shocked to find a lot of present under the tree, bonnie then went over to the tree and started sorting out the present into 5 piles which are her pile which she left on the floor, clemont's pile which she put in a santa sack by the armchair, ash's pile which she put in a santa sack on one side of the sofa, serena's pile which she put in a santa sack on the other side of the sofa and lastly a pile of presents for all the pokemon which she put in the middle of the room on a carpet
"oh! this is so exciting, isn't it dedenne" bonnie says happily as she sorts the presents
"dedenne!" 'yeah!' dedenne says happily as he take a present to the middle
the pair were happy and as they were finished clemont finally came down, meanwhile in the other room and ash was up first, he looked around to see pikachu and pip asleep in their bed, togepi asleep next to him as well as his girlfriend serena who was hugging him, he smiles then he kisses serena on the forehead causing her to stir
"mmm...ash?" serena mumbles as she opens her eyes
"morning honey" ash replies happily "happy christmas" he adds then kisses serena
"oh yeah...merry christmas" serena says remembering it was christmas then she smiles "we better get up, bonnie and clemont will be waiting for us" she adds as she gets out of bed
"yeah..." ash replies as he was getting out of bed too then he looks over at pikachu and pip who were snuggled up together asleep "hey pikachu?" he says as he shakes the mouse pokemon
pikachu stirs then he wakes up to ash smiling at him and serena who was holding a asleep togepi
"hey buddy!" ash says happily "happy christmas" he adds as pikachu gets up
"pi pika pi" 'hi ash' pikachu says happily as he rubs his eye to wake up
pip also wakes up and she stretches her arms up while yawning
"pikachu pika" 'what time is it?' pip asked as she grooms her face
"it's about 8am" serena says happily as she looks at the clock then back at the pikachu pair
"come on buddy, let's go and see how many presents we have this year" ash says happily and pikachu smiles before jumping on ash's shoulder
ash and pikachu then leave the room with serena and pip not far behind and then when they get downstairs they see bonnie and clemont who just finished having breakfast
"there you 2 are, we were wondering when you were going to get up" clemont says happy to see ash and serena
"sorry, we had to get pikachu and pip up" ash says happily as he falls onto the sofa where his presents are
"can we open our presents now, clemont?!" bonnie says happily as serena sits down next to ash
"yes, bonnie, you can now" clemont replies in relief and bonnie smiles widely
"yay!" bonnie says happily and she grabs the first preset she laid her eyes on
the other do the same after giggling at bonnie's excitement and a while later they were all happy with all the presents they've got, half way though on opening the presents togepi woke up and she joined pikachu, pip and all the other pokemon on opening their presents, when all the presents were open with the kids fiddling with the present they liked the most pip, pikachu and togepi were looking at the present that they had gotten from santa
'what do you think it is?' pikachu says as he walks around the present
'i don't know' pip replied also investigating the present
'let's open it!' togepi says happily and the pikachu pair look at her before agreeing
pikachu, pip and togepi then open up the present and under the wrapping was a box but it was in the box that was interesting, inside the box was a snowglobe and the inside the snowglobe was little models of pikachu, pip and togepi playing in the snow
'it's beautiful!' pip says happily as she watches the snow fall inside the globe
'yeah...' pikachu replies as he watched the globe too
"what this you got here?" bonnie says as she goes over and then she gasps "wow! this snowglobe is adorable!" she says happily
"what's happening?" ash asks as he hears bonnie's excitement
"look what pikachu, pip and togepi got!" bonnie says as she shows the snowglobe to ash, serena and clemont
"wow!" serena says as she takes the globe from bonnie "this is so cute" she says happily as she watch the glitter fall in the globe
serena then notice something on the bottom of the globe and she sees it has a key crank so she winds it up, after winding it up the globe lights up and starts to move as the song 'we wish you a merry christmas' starts to play
"aww! that's so cute" bonnie says as serena puts the globe in the middle of pip, pikachu and togepi
the 3 pokemon and the 4 kids watch as the globe spins on the spot as the lights light up to the music and everyone felt like they were having a lovely christmas.
