Niji really, REALLY, likes Inko. In that way where she instantly started flirting at Inko, with Inko's son right there. Clearly it worked because Niji got a date with Inko four months later, yesterday, and now a second one today.

Inko is just the kind of woman that you can just kind of look at with some form of positive emotion and she'll get flustered, but she also is the kind that needs that positive emotion the most. Inko strikes Niji as a 'Sweet cinnamon roll that blames herself for things out of her control, and has some self esteem issues because of it.' You know that type of person. Everyone knows one of those people.

Niji's Dad and Papa were very supportive of whatever she chose to do, clearly since she is a lesbian running a dojo-like training facility, and they support her to this day. Inko seems like she hid things from her parents because she was afraid of them not supporting her at all. She worries about everything and is fidgety and flustered easilly, but Niji has already seen through that shell in the form of Inko suddenly grabbing her hand in a way that was clearly heavily debated in Inko's mind. Niji wants to break Inko out of her shell, she wants to help Inko. Its just kind of a plus that Inko seems to like Niji back.

Inko is completely and utterly overwhelmed by Niji. Not in the bad way! No, no... she's overwhelmed in all the good ways. Its confusing! Inko has only felt like this towards one other person, Hisashi, and he ended up divorcing her after she got pregnant with Izuku and moved to America so he could work whatever job he is working now.
Niji seems like she is just willing to let Inko stab her if it meant she felt better! Niji is so flirtatious, and she compliments Inko on little things, and has just been there for Izuku and her when they needed it. Niji seems like the type of person that puts others before herself to Inko, and its a commendable trait, but Inko feels like its being wasted on her!

Inko's parents weren't really all for anything different. Inko ended up as a walled off, closeted, Bi that has gay panics when she sees Niji in a t-shirt that is just a little bit tight. She doesn't usually have gay panics! The last time she had panics they were straight, and because of Hisashi!... Inko is just very glad she is overwhelmed.

"You ready, Inko?" Inko already has a dusting of pink on her cheeks, and she knows it. Niji is wearing skinny jeans and a really cute T-shirt that is light green and completely contrasts her short orange hair and mixes well with her eye color of choice; sky blue. And now Inko has stared at Niji's cutely freckled face and jeez she should answer, "Y-yeah!" Maybe that was a little too loud? Inko fidgets with her hands, but she doesn't realize that Niji had been checking her out just as much.

Niji was very much checking Inko out. Compared to Niji you could call Inko short, infact you could just call Inko short, since Niji stood six inches taller than Inko. Inko had on an absolutely adorable light blue T-shirt under a pink spring jacket and a knee length blue skirt with black leggings. Niji was honestly dissapointed in herself for so shamelessly staring at it Inko. It doesn't help that Niji's height means she gets to see how much Inko's che—

Yeah so what if Niji is physically attracted to Inko? Anyway, the two get into Niji's car. Their second date was going to be more singular than their first one, where they went to a movie, then a walk in the park, then lunch, then another walk until Izuku was out of school. This time, it was going to be them at a café just talking. Getting to know each other until Niji needed to get to her Dojo-adjacent-but-not-a-dojo to teach Izuku. Its going to be nice, Niji new it was, because Inko was there with her.
