BlueBird

(Y/n) P.O.V
I was currently sitting right next to a gem who was filming the ad for Little Homeschool. After Steven finished he got the camera and put it in his hot dog duffel bag that he had since he was 12,oh the memories. "I'll get this home and do some editing. Come on (Y/n)" Steven said. My thoughts are cut off by Steven calling me. I stand up and go next to him. As Steven is putting on his duffel bag strap on his shoulder,while still crouching, Peridot walks up to him and tells him. "Steven you smell good." She said while putting a thumbs up. "Uh-What?" Steven asked. "It's written on your back." Peridot said. "You obviously wrote this yourself." Peridot stated. "Uh no I didn't." Steven said while getting his juice and sips from it. He then spits out his juice. "Tomato soup?" He questioned while looking at the box. " I thought you loved tomato soup!" Peridot exclaimed. "Yeah but where'd my juice go?" Steven questioned. "Oh No!" Steven exclaimed as he ran to his car the entire time I tried to not laugh. I let out a giggle and that alerted Steven. "(Y/n) did you do this?" He asked unamused. "No but it's just so funny to see you react like this." I stated. "That's weird." Steven mumbled. He gets the neatly stacked toilet papers on top of his car as he puts them in his car. "At least we don't need to get more toilet paper." He said. We get inside his car as we drove back to his house. On the way back there was silence. But it was a comfortable silence. I sigh as I look through the window. "Everything ok honey?" Steven asked me. "Huh oh yeah everything is ok just got some stuff in my mind. But it's nothing bad really." I reassured him. "Well ok but if you need anything you know I'm always here for you right?" Steven asked me. "Yeah I know you are dear." I told him. We arrive at his house and we hear music blaring out loud. "Woah another welcome party. A new gem must have arrived." Steven said. We climb up the steps to Steven's home. He opens the door and lets me in first like the gentleman he his. "Yo dude come over here and introduce yourself." Amethyst told Steven. "Sup (N/n)." She greeted me. Steven walks up to the new gem "Welcome to Earth my name is-" Steven cuts himself off as he sees the gem. "Well we'll well if it ain't the old gem savior himself. Steven Universe!" They exclaimed. I take a glance at them and smile because of how small and cute they were. 'Awwww what a darling' I thought to myself. Unlike me Steven stated there frozen while sweating a bit. "Bluebird azurite at your service. Alright give us a hug then." She said cheerfully. I giggle as Steven stays there looking scared. "Oh you like food yeah?" She asked sweetly. "Yeah?" Steven said more like a question. "Well sit tight then I'll be right back." She said as she flew away to go get the food. "What?!" Steven whispered shouted to the gems. "Yeah she just got here and she's already exploring Earth cuisine." Pearl stated as Bluebird came back with a plate with food on it. "What is this?" Steven asked Bluebird. "Just some old things clams peanut butter and a side of fresh cut grass. Please enjoy it I'm begging you please?" She said in a sad like tone. "Gosh Steven don't make her beg." Amethyst said.
"S-Sure I'll just- uh dip this here and." Steven said as he ate the grass that had peanut butter with it. "Is it good?" Bluebird asked.
"Yeah it's great." Steven said. Bluebird laughed. "Brilliant." She said. "Can I see you guys in the bathroom? You too (Y/n)" Steven said. He grabbed my hand as we walked towards the bathroom. We go in and we see Greg brushing his hair. "Sorry dad. Emergency meeting." Steven said as he turned the shower knob to the warm side to let steam rise and cover the mirror. The gems come in as I close the door. The gems take a seat and I stand next to Steven. "Ok don't panic but I think Bluebird is a fusion of Aquamarine and Eyeball." Steven said with a slight fright in his tone as he drew the figures of the gems on the mirror. "Well duh." Amethyst said. "It's pretty obvious." Garnet said. "What?!" Steven yelled with disbelief. "How come you guys are calm with this. Did you forget hat Aquamarine tried to kidnap me or what about the fact that Eyeball tried to stab me and rant me out during trial?!" Steven exclaimed. "They must have fused because they both hate me!" Steven yelled. "That was then this is Bluebird." Garnet said calmly. "But she pranked me earlier today, she put a sign on my back that said I smell good, and switch my juice with tomato soup, neatly stacked toilet paper in my car." Steven said. "None of that stuff sounds particularly suspicious." Pearl stated. "Besides don't you like tomato soup?" Amethyst asked. "Yeah I do it's just that uh (Y/n) what did you think?" Steven asked me. "Well I just think they're kinda cute." I said with I giggle. In the corner of my eye I see Steven grit his teeth and a little spark of jealousy in his eyes. He calms himself down before continuing. "Guys isn't it convenient that Bluebird showed up at my house?" Steven asked. "Steven you literally invited all problematic gems from across the universe to come here and learn a better way of living." Pearl stated. "R-Right" Steven stuttered. "Listen Shuball if you don't want this gem around that's totally fair." Greg said. "No you guys are right. Everyone deserves a chance to change." Steven said reluctantly. "Don't worry. If she tries anything funny we'll squash her." Garnet said smiling. "Thanks Garnet." Steven said. "Steven then walks out the bathroom door and he sees Bluebird. "Hey Bluebird what's up." Steven says cooly. "Steven Universe I am sorry I gave you all that food without something to uh wash it down with." She said sweetly as she gave him an apple juice. "Ok thank you he said as he opened the can only for the juice to be sprayed all over his face. Me and Amethyst giggle at Steven. "Oh what happened?!" Bluebird exclaimed with concern. "You obviously shook it!" Steven said sternly. Garnet fake coughs "Chance to change." She coughs again. Steven sighs. "You obviously shook it by accident." Steven said reluctantly. Bluebird only just laughed at this.

Steven's P.O.V
I walk down the stairs while putting on my jacket. I gasp as I see Bluebird with a knife in her hand behind Pearl. "PEARL BLUEBIRD HAS A KNIFE!!" I exclaimed. "How else are we going to cut this cake she made for you?" Pearl said."Surprise!" Bluebird exclaimed. Oh that was weird. I grabbed a slice of cake.
"T-Thanks?" I said more like a question. I decided to go up to my room to think about things. I was really worried about Bluebird and the gems. I just had so many questions and thoughts. "Maybe I should go out and take a walk to get my mind off things." I said out loud to nobody. I walk out my door and climb the stairs down. I start heading to Little Homeschool just to take a look on how things are going. But as I go non I see Garnet being pinned by Bluebird. "LET GARNET GO RIGHT NOW!!" I yelled at Bluebird. Bluebird lets go as Garnet stands up "Hey Steven Bluebird was helping me do some stretching before diving into a bit of advanced yoga." Garnet stated. "It's very important to stretch." Bluebird says. I sigh out in relief.
"Ok that's good I gotta go now." I say to them. I walk back to the house. And I go to the kitchen. I grab the bag of potato chips. I close the cabinet and I go the sofa. I sit down and I open the bag only to find another drawing of me. "Sup dude" Amethyst says to me as she grabs some chips. "Bluebird is really getting to me I mean look at this terrible drawing of me." I said. "Steven I-" Amethyst says. "These too. I've been finding this junk all over the place." I cut her off. "Steven these are my drawings." Amethyst said being hurt. She stands up and runs off crying. "Amethyst I'm sorry" I told her. I hear the door open. I see Bluebird walk in. "What's with the sadness love?" Bluebird asked Amethyst. "My art carrier is over before it even got off the ground." Amethyst says while handing Bluebird her drawings. "I don't know what art is but this the best art I've ever seen!" Bluebird exclaimed. "Aw thanks Bluebird I'm gonna go work on my art right now do you wanna come?" Amethyst asked Bluebird.
"Lead the way Amethyst." Bluebird said as she opened the door and walked out with amethyst. I sigh to myself. "Jeez what is wrong with me." I said to my self. 'Remember what Garnet said everyone deserves a chance to change.' I thought. "She's right." I sighed again as I lay in the couch to take a quick nap.
~*~*~*~* 5 minutes later~*~*~*~
I wake up with my eyes still a bit hazy. I yawned and stretched out a bit. I guess I really needed that nap. I stand up from the couch and I decided to head out and go see my dad. I was walking to his car wash and I see his van in sight. "Hey dad?" I called out. That's when I heard screaming coming from the van. I ran towards the van "Dad are you ok?!" I asked.
"(Y-Y/n) what are you doing here?" I asked her. "Oh hey Schuball I was just showing Bluebird my old classic Sci-Fi horror movies." Dad said cooly. "Yeah they're hilarious!" Bluebird exclaimed. "Don't mind me honey I'm just here hanging out with your dad and Bluebird. What's wrong you look scared of some sort?" (Y/n) asked me. "Oh nothing I'm alright." I said as I lean in to kiss her on the cheek. She giggles. "Bye honey." I told her.

Steven's P.O.V
I woke up as I yawned and stretched. I get up and go to the bathroom. I look in the mirror and see a circle around my eye and I tear drop right below it. "Bluebird classic prank." I sighed. I then heard the warp pad activate but then I heard a car screech? "Huh?" I said out loud. I walk out the bathroom and I see my dads van? "How'd the van.......oh gotcha." I said out loud as I saw the war pad with tire stains on it. "Welp I guess Bluebird,dad,and (y/n) must be having a ball together." I said out loud. I then heard screaming coming from outside. "Sounds like they're watching another horror movie. I'm sure everything's alright."I said to myself. "HELP!!" I heard a familiar scream. "Wait a second." I walked out side with my jacket on and I see dad and

(Y/n)'s P.O.V
I was being hanged from the collar of my shirt. I've got to admit I am scared of heights so I just refused to struggle if I wanted to die. "Are those screams of fun!" Steven yelled. "NO!" Me and Greg yelled. "A year ago there were two gems." Bluebird started speaking. "Celebrated for taking down homeworld's greatest traitor. But then they were cast out, forgotten when the traitor juked everyone on homeworld into loving him instead. Now they've come to earth for their revenge!" Bluebird yelled as they throwers me and Greg on the roof. I yelped a bit. And that alerted Steven. "And forever shall be known as." They both unfused. "Aquamarine." She said. "And Ruby." The other one said. "Well it's us." Aquamarine says. "It's always been us and you never knew" Ruby said. "I always knew everyone knew." Steven said with an unamused expression. "What?!" Aquamarine exclaimed. "If you always knew then why were those gems being so nice to us?" Ruby said. "That's because they're nice. They're nice people!" Steven yelled. "Enough of this!" Aquamarine yelled as she grabbed me and Greg. Ruby then pulls out her knife as she points it to us but mainly on Greg. "Woah hey be careful with my dad and (Y/n)!" Steven yelled. "If this is another prank of yours you better cut it out!" Steven exclaimed. "That was just to soften you up. Now the real torture begins!" Ruby exclaimed. We've learned so much about your life Steven. Especially how much you love your precious 'my dad' and that (y/n) of yours." Aquamarine said. "But if you want them back you have to do us a favor or two such as ,destroying your house!" Aquamarine said. "Yeah!" "Bubble your friends!" "Yeah!" "And burn little homeworld to the ground." Aquamarine said. "Do it!!" Ruby exclaimed. "N-No." Steven stuttered. "Then 'my dad' gets it!" Aquamarine says. "Gets what?" Ruby asked. "Gets hurt. Just do that thing we saw in the movie." Aquamarine tells her. "Oh yeah hahah!" Ruby chuckles. "That's enough!" Greg yells and he grabs the knife and he cuts his hair. "GREG!" I yelled "NO!!" I heard Steven yell. "What?!" Aquamarine yelled as she still had a from grip on me. Luckily Steven caught Greg. "Dad are you ok?" Steven asked him. "Ugh Disgusting!" Aquamarine said as she threw the remaining of Greg's hair on the floor. I see Greg go up to it and he hugs it like it was his baby. "Father go inside." I heard Steven say sternly to his dad. Greg goes inside and he closes the door behind him. "LET HER GO!!" Steven yelled with anger. "How about no!" Ruby said as she threw her fist to punch me. I winced and yelled at the sudden contact. And that threw Steven off. "YOU'RE GOING TO REGRET YOU EVER TOUCHED MY (Y/N)!!" Steven yelled. He turned Pink and flew up as he punched aquamarine and Ruby. He grabbed me and he held me bridal style. "Don't worry (Y/n) I'll get them to stop." He said sweetly to me as he pecked on my lips. "Go inside sweetheart." He told me as he let me go on the ground carefully. "Be careful honey." I told him before walking in. I went into the restroom only to find Greg crying. "Oh no Greg are you ok." I asked him. "N-No look at me now. My precious baby it's gone." He said dramatically. "I only gave him a smile as I went up and I opened the mirror to get the cotton balls and alcohol to reduce the pain I had in my cheek where Ruby hit me. I only had a small cut so it wasn't a big of a deal. "Hey Greg can you help me with this?" I asked for help. "Sure thing (Y/n) anything for my future daughter in law." He smirked. I only blushed a deep shade of red. "T-Thanks." I said.
~*~*~*~*~*Time Skip~*~*~*~*
The gems were really worried about me. But I just had to reassure them that I'm alright. "I'm ok guys really it's just a small cut." I told them. "But (Y/n) Ruby hit you real bad shouldn't that like hurt or something." Amethyst told me. "No no really it's ok either way Steven can heal it. "Well if you say so just be more careful out there (Y/n)." Pearl said as the gems all went to their rooms. I then went up to Steven's bedroom where he was. He was looking outside. He then noticed my presence. "(Y/n) you're here." He said as he hugged me. He saw the cut and he just gave it a kiss and it healed automatically. "Did I ever tell you when you heal something with a kiss it makes you look hot." I said as I decided to tease him. He just blushed a deep red color. "I-I umm...Th-Thanks." He stuttered. I just giggled and I leaned on his shoulder. "You know I love you right?" Steven said. "Yes I know you tell me everyday." I said. "Because I want you to know that I love you no matter what." He said as he kissed me.
