Mae's POV
So this was the day we've been practicing for , the Mass . well of course Aaron was there so before class started he was at the gym so when i got to the gym with my friends we went to check the music room thingy where they play the songs and well he was there too so we were just sitting there inside and then the bell rang which means we need to line up to go to the classrooms i stayed in the gym because we always practice before mass. Finally when the Mass started Aaron did a performance about stuff haha then when he got back he sat next to me well cause we're in the back since we're singing and well there was this grade 10 he's also in the choir let's call him Brian since i didn't even know his name. I dont know how but Brian asked Aaron something like
"who's you're crush"
i didn't eavesdrop i'm just guessing about what they said here , and i guess he said
"my crush is in grade 8"
then Brian told Aaron to tell me the name of his crush cause maybe i'd know her since i'm grade 8 as well then Aaron smiled at me then whispered something in Brian'a ear then he pointed at Aaron and said
" he has a crush on you"
then i laughed and he smiled at me and said
"she knows"
i acted like i didnt hear them or at least acted like i don't know what they're talking about
" i know what?"
Then Aaron started stuttering like
" i uhm..you know.."
Then he sang lyrics from a song
" baby , i have a crush on you"
then i laughed then he said
" do you know that song?"
Then i said
"no.."
he said something like
"oh yeah..thats an old song from the 90's "
i replied back with
" backstreet boys, you know 'em?"
Then he started thinking then he gave me a westlife song.. Then he asked me to give him one song and i said
"hmm..as long as you love me"
then he started singing as long as you love me but.. The lyrics were wrong, then Brian asked me
" where were you from? "
then Aaron answered and said
" She's from earth "
then i laughed and said
" yeah i'm from earth"
then the grade 8 started stuttering as well like
" no- i know youre from earth but- uhm.."
Then Aaron came closer to me and said
" he's stupid."
Then i laughed and whispered to him and said
" i think both of you are stupid."
Then he looked hurt then he told the grade 8 what i said . I laughed even more. Then Aaron whispered to me
" he likes you"
then i laughed again then the grade 8 asked why was i laughing Aaron whispered to him and the gr 8 said
"don't believe him"
then i nodded saying
" yeah I know " still laughing
Right in the middle of our conversation i had to move because they moved my mic so i had to move a bit further.
~after the mass~
I helped fixed the stuff like the mic stands and put them aside , i saw my class heading out of the gym so i went to my bag. Aaron was sitting next to my bag so when i went to get it , it was awkward as hell
" uhm..hi.." Then he said with a smile
" oh hey" I said back also with a smile
then i grabbed my bag again cause my class was going out
One of my friends smiled at me and said my name making the /e/ sound longer than it's supposed to be. Soon enough i joined my friends in the line and put my bag upstairs but went down again since it was our break.
So nothing exciting happened that day besides having fun with Michelle , Kylie , Crystal , Jane and Zion.
When I got home I saw that Aaron was online and I decided to message him.

I messaged him saying " hey " and he said stuff like how he wasn't going to be able to go to school tomorrow and yeah our conversation wasn't that long. I went to sleep feeling so damn happy.
