I got out of the car grabbing my things and unlocked the door.
I walked inside putting my stuff down.
I decided to make dinner for us so I walked into the kitchen and started pulling out ingredients to make spaghetti.
I started boiling the water and put sauce on the stove to warm up.
I made some fresh garlic bread and put together a quick salad.
Just as everything was done I heard the front door close.
"In the kitchen babe." I said and after a few seconds Cody walked in looking at all the food.
"Sorry I had to do a few interviews you didn't have to make dinner babe." He said walking over to me and kissing me.
"Well I don't care I made us food." I said making him laugh.
We both made our plates and sat at the table beginning to eat.
"What day do you leave?" I asked dreading bringing up the conversation.
"The 16th and we play the 17th and I come back the 26th I'm pretty sure." He said.
"I actually just talked with my manager today." I said.
"Uh huh." Cody said confused.
"I'm leaving the 25th for Australia and I won't be back until the 3rd and you don't come back until the 12th." I said worried.
"It's ok babe after that we are both here for a few weeks we will figure it out." He said as we both finished our plates.
He took them into the kitchen and did the dishes.
Cody turned on some music and started dancing.
I pulled out my phone and took a few funny videos of him.
I posted one of them on my story and tagged Cody.
He walked over and grabbed my hand pulling me up from my chair.
"Dance with me." He said laughing.
I leaned up and kissed Cody.
He immediately kissed me back.
I pulled away and looked up at cody.
"Thank you for coming to the game. Mady said that she really likes you and same with Corey." He said.
"I enjoyed the game." I said smiling.
"Is baseball actually growing on you?" He said sarcastically.
"Who said I never liked baseball?" I said laughing as my phone rang.
I walked over to the entry and grabbed my phone seeing it was Ally.
I answered it.
"Hey what's up?" I said.
"Hey bitch we just got back where are you?" Ally asked.
"Um I'm at Cody's." I said.
"Wait what?" She asked.
"Ally can we please talk about this later." I said.
"Don't get hurt Scar." She said.
"Goodbye ally." I said and hung up.
I put my phone down and turned towards Cody who was staring.
"She doesn't like me does she?" He asked.
"No she is just protective and she hasn't even met you yet." I said and sat down next to him.
"Well that makes me worried that my girlfriends best friend doesn't like me." He said.
"Well then we will fix that." I said.
He nodded his head.
"Come on." I said laughing.
"Where are we going?" He asked as I was putting on my shoes.
"To my house I know your going to keep worrying." I said,
Cody got up from the couch and put on his shoes.
"You can spend the night if your up for it." I said.
"Give me a minute." He said and walked upstairs.
After a few minutes he came back down with a backpack.
I grabbed my phone and keys walking out to my car.
Cody locked up his house and got into the passenger seat.
I pulled out of his driveway.
After 15 minutes I pulled into my driveway and turned the car off.
"You ready?" I said making him nod.
I grabbed my things and got out along with Cody.
I grabbed his hand and walked towards the front door.
I unlocked it and walked inside.
"Ally." I said.
"Ya." I heard her say from upstairs.
"Can you come down here?" I said.
After a few seconds Jace walked down and made eye contact with Cody.
"Aye what's up man I'm jace." He said and they did the bro hug thing.
"Cody it's nice to meet you man." Cody said.
Ally came downstairs and saw Cody.
"Hi I'm ally." She said giving Cody a hug.
"I'm cody it's nice to meet you." He said.
We all ended up talking for an hour and ally ended up liking Cody.
"Goodnight." Me and Cody had both said before walking upstairs.
I opened the door to my room and walked in as Cody had.
"Well that went better than expected." I said making him laugh.
I walked into the bathroom and put my hair up.
I washed my face and brushed my teeth.
Cody brushed his teeth and took off his shirt leaving him in his sweats.
I walked into my closet and put on shorts and a shirt.
I turned off the lights in the bathroom and walked towards Cody.
I jumped on my bed and got underneath the covers.
After a minute Cody but his phone down and climbed in next to me.
He wrapped his arm around me and I kissed him.
I turned off the light and we both fell asleep.
