It's been a few weeks.
Cody just came back from San Francisco.
He has been helping me get most of my things.
I only had a few more things to grab.
"I'll be back." I said to Cody kissing him.
"Ok text to me if you need help." He said.
I nodded and walked outside getting into my car.
I drove to my old house and pulled into the driveway.
I grabbed the last of my stuff that I needed/wanted before walking back inside.
I decided to leave most of my furniture for Ally and Jace.
Ally was standing there with a sad face.
"We're growing up sis." She said hugging me.
"I know it's crazy." I said.
"I have to say though I'm going to miss our girl nights and getting drunk I'm going to miss you." Ally said.
"Me too but we still really close I can kick Cody out or you can kick Jace out we're still going to drink margaritas trust me." I said making her laugh.
"You have been with me since I can practically remember it's going to be so weird." I said.
"Call me whenever you need to or just show up I don't care." She said hugging me again.
"I love you and you will always be my sister." I said.
"I love you scar." She said.
I said goodbye to Jace before getting into my car and pulling out of the driveway.
It's bittersweet.
I've known ally since I was in high school.
I stayed at her house a good majority of the time and she was the person that got me into modeling.
When we turned 18 we bought the house together and it's been 5 years.
But it's time to start a new chapter and she only lives 15 minutes away.
I pulled into the garage and brought the last of my stuff inside.
I put most of my stuff away and now me and Cody were in the closet.
"Babe this isn't normal." He said helping me put my clothes on hangers.
"Your shoe addiction isn't normal." I said making him laugh.
I eventually got everything settled and both of us were exhausted.
"You ready for division series?" I asked him as we were cuddled in bed.
"I think." He said.
"Well I'm proud of you." I said.
"I love you." He said.
"I love you." I said kissing him.
The next few days me and Cody spent relaxing.
He has been really nervous about the series.
I unfortunately need to go to New York for a show the 3-6.
I packed my suitcase and Cody got his thing's together.
"You coming with me?" I asked him.
"Sure let me grab my keys." He said.
I grabbed Kota and her things to bring to Ally's while we are gone.
We pulled into the driveway and knocked on the door.
We talked with ally for a while until we had to go.
We said goodbye to kota and ally.
We drove back home and walked inside.
We ended up on the couch watching a movie.
I was playing with his hair and we both eventually fell asleep.
Around 5:00 I heard my phone go off.
"Shit." I said grabbing it.
Cody woke up and was rubbing his eyes.
"Yes ok thank you." I said.
I hung up and turned towards Cody.
"Fitting." I said and he nodded.
"I don't want to go." He said grabbing my waist and pulling me towards him.
"I don't want to either but your going to go and win and I'm going to go and hopefully not fall so we can come back here and cuddle." I said smiling.
We talked for a few minutes before getting up.
We both got ready and the car pulled up to take me to the airport.
"Call me your going to be amazing I love you." I said hugging and kissing him.
"Send me pictures I love you." He said helping me with my suitcase.
He put it in the trunk of the car.
He kissed me one last time before opening the door for me.
I got in and waved at him.
After the layover and delay I finally made it to New York.
I got to my hotel and immediately fell asleep.
The next morning I called Cody before getting up to shower.
I put on comfortable clothes before grabbing my things and walking out of the hotel.
I got into a taxi and went on my phone to pass the time.
I did my fittings for the next few days and went to the venue to get ready.
The team did my hair and makeup.
I texted cody good luck and I love you before I got dressed.
I did the show and left the venue heading back to the hotel.
I was honestly unimpressed with the show.
The entire time I was feeling guilty that I wasn't with Cody after I told him I would be there during the series.
After being hesitant to quit the show I decided to go home.
I put my things together and booked the next flight back to LA.
I immediately left the hotel and took a taxi to the airport.
I checked in and barely made it.
After the flight I got my bag and ordered an Uber.
By the time I got into the Uber it was 2 am.
After 40 ish minutes i grabbed my stuff and walked up the driveway.
I unlocked the door and walked inside.
I didn't bother taking my suitcase upstairs because I was so exhausted.
I walked upstairs into our bedroom to see Cody asleep.
I plugged my phone into the charger and quietly walked into the closet.
I changed into one of Cody's hoodies and shorts.
I walked over to Cody's side of the bed and sat down next to him making him wake up.
I turned the light on and his eyes adjusted to the light.
"What are you doing here babe?" He asked sitting up.
"I quit the rest of the shows." I said running my hand through his messy hair.
"Why did you quit?" He asked pulling me in bed with him.
He had his arm wrapped around me.
"Because I would rather be here with you and this is important to you." I said,
"You know you didn't have to do that." He said smiling.
"I know but NY was sucky and I was just thinking about you." I said kissing him.
"I love you." He said.
"I love you." I said before turning off the light.
