Part 2 Chapter 1: GreySuits

Jax's Pov)

Me,King,Blaze,Phil and Apple all were walking down the street wearing nothing but black. I wore a black t shirt black pants my new pairs of black dock martins and my weapons at my side.

Everyone else ether wore a t shirt or long sleeved shirt. The weather was going to get bitter cold soon. I could smell Winter coming our way.

While walking down on the sidewalk people owning shops closed their windows and or doors locking them.

"Why would they be closing up shop?" Blaze asked curiously watching a window being closed.
"Maybe it's us." Apple shrugged from on top of Phil's behemoth shoulders.

"We've walked into town before...I don't think it's us Apple." King mentioned carefully. Her face expressionless. I felt curiosity waft off of her skin.

*The Bodies in the square must've been found...* I say carefully seeing a group of 6 GreySuits. They all wore GreyLeather armor. No doubt charmed or blessed.

Their glowing grey eyes looking us over. One woman seemingly the ring leader walked over. "Name and Species." She ordered.

"'J' Demonic Lycon." I stated. "Just 'J'?" She asked me narrowing her eyes. "Yes Ma'am." I nod my head. She went over to King. "Name and Species." She ordered.

King looked at the GreySuit.
"Kyle,Demon Hound." She lied. The GreySuit didn't seem to worry about it though. The others gave their real names. "What is your business in town?" The woman asked.

"Heading to our family Bar ma'am." I stayed kindly. "Where is your pack located?" She asked hand resting comfortably on a wolf slayer sword. "We are feral creatures ma'am...we do not have a location." Phil said respectfully.

"By the looks of your Alpha,she seems to be a little more sophisticated than what you imply." The GreySuit snickered.

King's Pov)

While Jax was trying to use her charisma to get out of this situation I noticed as the GreySuits drew their weapons slowly. One of them had a small picture in their hands.

"What did you find in the square?" I asked abruptly. The female GreySuit's head snapped to me. Jax's eyes narrowed at me.

"We found three head hunters bodies in the square,after a concerned and frightened citizen called." The GreySuit asked narrowing her eyes.

"Wasn't there paint on the bodies?" I asked again raising an eyebrow and looking between the GreySuit and Jax. Jax shrugged looking at the GreySuit playing along with me.

"Green-" "So shouldn't you be looking for Vipers?" Phil asked curiously. "You know of the Vipers?" The GreySuit asked narrowing her eyes as the grey seemed to darken.

"Well yea,we heard they fled into town short after..." Jax scratched the back of her head.

"Hey,three head hunters stopped at the bar,we served them food and drink them they went on their way,we closed shop shortly after." I mention.

"Hmm...please give us a call I you notice any suspicious Viper activity." The GreySuit turned to her group that looked frightened guns raised. Apple glared at the group.

Showing her large knife. Phil smirked evilly at them. "Captain-" one was about to start but noticed that Jax's eyes were glowing threatening them into submission.

One of the other cadets had a hand over the others mouth. The captain turned and the gleam in Jax's eyes disappeared,she shook her hand.

"Thankyou for your help.." The GreySuit said hastily. "Vipers are said to be heading down to Rust." Phil added a detail. The GreySuit nodded.

We watched as the group dispersed into 2 cars.

*They won't be heading to Rust...* Phil spoke to us. *They have no intentions of that...not to mention how Apple was looking at them." Blaze added in.

*What about Harold and his 'family'?* I snorted as our group was walking into our bar. Inside was Money,Blood,Blade,Devon.

A small tv was on,it's station ran out from time to time in static score returning to the news of NetherRealm major cities.

GearSon was one of few which only had a medium sized population of creatures.

*Harold is a problem but I'm not sure weather to justify him a threat just yet.* Jax sighed as she sat in one of the bucket seats.

She rose her hand to Money and he laughed handing her a simple glass of Vodka. I sat down beside her as Blaze and Phil spoke softly to each other in a booth.

Apple was spinning all over the place humming and throwing darts.

*Loosen up Jax...* I breathed out I her. *I forget sometimes that I'm Alpha,Isis has got the HQ in her hands,I'm just afraid...afraid that Harold will destroy us...* I felt her wolf whimper to me.

*It takes time to get used too,what have we only been her about 3-4 months now,your still hurt from Victor....* I sooth to her. She closed her eyes chugging down the vodka in her glass.

"Hey Puppy!" Apple jumped on the table her feet swinging in between us. "Hmm?" Jax asked opening her eyes. The bags under her eyes were much more visible.

"Do you think we could go further into the city,maybe go clubbing?"
Apple asked. Money looked at his daughter.

He was a terrible father in bringing up kids,but more protective over the strongest mates bond.

Jax looked at Apple raising an eyebrow. Her deep amber eyes flashing. "Not until things die down." Jax sighed. "Awe!!! Come on!" Apple huffed laying on the table looking at Jax.

"We have GreySuits in town,not until they are out of our fur,and not stinking up the rural part of town then we will." I scolded her sipping on a whiskey slushy.

I smiled internally for what Jax had said I that demon that was heading out of town.

"That one shoots whiskey."

I felt a heat form in the pit of my stomach. I looked up to see every looking at me. Jax's eyes were wide and glazed over.

"What?!" I asked. Phil burst into laughter. "I bet you didn't think,you'd be hearing noises like that come from King." He laughed in between breaths.

Apple crinkled her nose looking at Jax. "You smell weird." Money took Apple off of the counter.

"Ahh...she just needs a shower-" Money was about to explain. "-A cold one." Blaze snickered.

Jax stood up abruptly. Walking out of the bar in a hurry. She shifted and sprinted down the road.

"What did I do?" I asked only for everyone to explode in laughter. "You moaned...like ones of finishing up." Blood snickered running a hand through her hair. Blade was holding her mouth trying to contain her laughs.

I stood up too my face now expressionless. Their laughter died slowly. I nodded to Money leaving some personal Cens down on the counter for him.

I exited the bar sniffing the air. I felt my eyes start to hurt as the scent hit me. It was the scent of Strawberries mixed with like a warm warm,Carmel.

This was a first to smell....

Jax's Pov)

I couldn't believe she just made that noise. Before I attacked King in the bar I had left quickly. I didn't want her to get a hint of my arousal but it was best to go take a dip into the ice springs.

I slowed to a stop shaking my dark scarlet fur and stepping into the water. I shifted back,my legs just in the water.

I couldn't get my head off of her and the water wasn't working. My Brain was over stimulated from that one stupid noise. I wanted to take things slow I almost needed I take things slow.

I smelled the sweet scent of chocolate I looked to my right to see the hell hound.

Her acidic eyes glaring at me. God was she so sexy.. She took small steps towards me. I was so hypersensitive I heard the pads of her paws spread over the grass.

I shifted into a wolf trying to be threatening but I was almost puny to her. Even though I was much bigger in size she really was taking away my power as a Luna.
