TRIGGER WARNING: implied innuendo, teasing. Lemme know!
Heya! Sorry if this seems short, im trying, ok?
Dadceit (Focused on Kids and Thomas)
Thomas shut the door behind Patton and Damien as they left. He turned to the kids. “Alright. Game plan?”
Logan smiled. “I’ve got Virgil, and those two won’t be an issue. Order pizza, like usual?” He was holding Virgil again, having stolen the toddler from Remus. Virgil clung to him, giggling slightly as the normally stoic twelve year old was smiling and tickling his sides.
The babysitter nodded, “You read my mind, Lo. I’ll go online and order it, you keep an eye on….” he looked around. “And they’re gone.” Thomas sighed, shaking his head. “NO SWORDS UNTIL AFTER DINNER!”
“AWE C”MON!” came the reply, both voices at once. Roman and Remus ran back out from the room Thomas had set up for them for playing, and for tonight for staying the night.
“Thomas,” Roman whined, tugging his sleeve. “Pleeeeease?” He made a small pouty look, one nobody could resist.
Well...nobody except his brother, who had it used on him too many times. “Roman,” Logan warned. “Remember what Dad said, we have to follow the rules here.”
Roman sighed, nodding. “Oh fine. What’s for dinner?” he asked excitedly, bouncing on his feet once more.
“C’mon, Ro, what does Thomas always do for dinner, idiot?” Remus teased, making Roman slap his arm, which led to the two starting to wrestle on the floor. They got pulled away from each other after a minute by Thomas.
“Pizza, as usual. Now stop fighting before I call your dads. And don’t think I won’t, and you know they’ll be annoyed.” Thomas had crossed his arms, standing between the two boys as they glared at one another.
“Please don’t call Dad,” the two chorused together, sighing. They reluctantly did as Logan started telling them to do, a ritual Patton had started. When the two fought, they had to hug to make up and apologise.
They seperated, instantly sticking their tongues out at one another, crossing their arms. Thomas and Logan both only rolled their eyes, Thomas going to his laptop and Logan sitting with Virgil, pulling out his book to read to him.
Roman and Remus instantly made up, as usual, and they ran to the playroom. The two brought out their coloring books and crayons, starting to color on the coffee table. Thomas finished ordering pizza, already knowing what each of them like.
The tv got put on in the background, playing Avatar: The Last Airbender. It was something all of them liked, and Virgil was allowed to watch it due to it not being really scary. That was all they did until the pizza arrived, and Thomas answered the door.
He thanked the delivery person, blushing as they winked at him, and as they laughed after getting oohs and awes and ews from Roman and Remus. Thomas rolled his eyes, closing the door.
He looked at the time, seeing it was only 8:30 still, and he sighed. He got their food dished up, and got all of them sat down at the table. Virgil was in a booster seat, one Thomas had gotten just for him.
Dinner didn’t have much going on, except when Remus and Roman started a foot fight under the table, earning a glare from Logan, who had been kicked in the process.
They all ended up sitting and coloring, Thomas holding a sleeping Virgil now so that Logan could color too. They all ended up making pictures for their dads, yes, Thomas too (Virgil roped him into it. Those wide, innocent eyes get everyone to agree).
Logan glanced at the time. "Uh, Thomas? Its nearly midnight," he chuckled softly. He looked at Roman, seeing the seven year old almost falling asleep in the table.
Remus glanced at him too, smacking Roman. "Wake up dummy!" He yelled, making Roman jolt awake.
"I'm up!" he yelled, rubbing his eyes. "What time is it?"
Thomas laughed softly. "Nearly midnight, Kiddo. C'mon, let's watch the ball drop!" He turned it to the proper station on the tv.
Remus snickered, "There's better ways to put that, Thomas." That comment earned him a chorus of shut ups.
Logan took Virgil from Thomas, gently waking him. "Hey, Star," he said. "Ready for the new year?"
Virgil yawned and nodded, not sure what it meant. All he knew was that he got a special grape juice in his sippy cup.
Thomas went to pour the drinks, having bought sparkling grape juice for everyone. He handed out glasses, and Virgil his cup.
"Ten nine eight," Roman and Remus said in unison.
"Seven six five," Logan chuckled softly
"Four three two," Thomas mumbled, watching the tv.
"One!" Virgil cheered, hugging Logan tightly. Logan gave him a kiss on the head, showing he was proud of the toddler for doing that.
They all took a big drink of their drinks, smiling and laughing. Everything went quiet for a second, until Virgil piped up. "Can I go bed now?"
The other four all chuckled. "Of course, munchkin," Thomas said, kissing his head. "Go on you four."
They all went to bed, Thomas watching after them. "Yeah… I'm definitely gonna have to watch the four of them together again."
