Seam POV It was Saturday morning and I had to meet Judge Tapper at noon to get my daughter from lei house. It took so much just to get her address but I did a little digging and found it. I had judge tapper with me cause apparently lei filed an sexual assault complaint against me so I couldn't really be alone with her, I'm not even supposed to be by her. I was bringing judge with me so it could be a smooth transition and no mishaps.
I was suppose to get Èire yesterday but I had to go help tray stupid as distribute some shit and count money. We didn't get done to this morning at 7 so I'm running off little to no sleep.
Right now I was meeting Bill my lawyer at McDonald's he said he had to talk to me about this weak ass assault case with lei. I don't see how you can put file an assault against some one when you have a whole child with them.
I walked into McDonald's looking around for Bill once I spotted him I waved before going to get something to eat.
"Welcome to McDonald's how can I help you?"
"Lemme get 2 sausage biscuits 2 hash browns and a large sprite and make sure it's fresh I wanna be able to bite into my shit with no problems" I said digging in my pocket handing her a twenty.
"Okay your total is 4.98 out of 20 here's your change your number will be called shortly" she said handing me my cup and receipt. I walked over getting my drink before going to sit at the table with Bill.
"Wassup?" I asked taking my coat off getting comfortable. I wanted this to be short cause it seemed like we was on a date.
"I see Leilani filed a complaint against you" he said pulling out some papers sliding them to me.
"I heard that's bullshit though" I shrugged hearing my number being called. I went to grab my food making sure I had jelly before going to sit back down eating my food.
"Arseamian this is serious she's saying you pushed up on her trapped her in the corner and you also hit her. I have a picture of the bruise" he said pulling out his phone showing me "she says she don't want no dealings with you cause everytime y'all see each other you always force yourself on her"
"Man she not about to paint me out to be doing this shit to her, that small as bruise ain't shit yeah I may have roughen her up a little bit but Ian never pushed up on her unless she wanted me to" I said taking a drink of my soda
"Well she has proof apparently she has cameras and gave that to the police and I must say it's not looking to good for you. You could be charged with sexual assault if the video shows anything you didn't tell me."
"Okay so what could happen if I do get charged with this shit? What happens to the custody thing?" I asked I still wanted my daughter whether her mother didn't want me to get her or not, but I know if the judge found out about this he would more than likely put Èire back at home.
