New beginning

Airi POV
We got to the party. This gala was taking place at an opera house. We get out of the limo
"My god this sure is a must attend party" I say
"This place is huge"Steph says
"Imagine all the people that can fit in here"Rose says
"Imagine all the alcohol we can consume in this place" Finn says in a dreamy like way
"I think I'll drink just three glasses tonight"Colin says
"Please, you guys consume all the alcohol at our parties. If we had more you'd consume it as well. If you put your minds to it you'll consume it before all the guests arrive"Logan says laughing
"Well guys I gotta go find my escort. Can't have mom know I went alone in" I say exasperated
"Ok girl see you later"Steph says
"See ya" I say leaving
How I'd wish I can go in with my friends, but nope I gotta go with a stranger. I see a guy at the gate and he matches the description I got, so I go up to him
"Hi are you Philip?"
"Hello there. Yes I am"
"Great I'm Airi. You're my escort for tonight"
"Seems like it. Shall we?"he asks while he gives me him arm to take
"We shall"

Logan POV
All the ride I couldn't get my eyes off of Star. She looks stunning in her golden dress. Seems like I chose a good nickname for her. After the conversation we had outside she goes to find her escort for the night. I can't deny it, I got very mad when I found out she had one already. I would have wanted to ask her to be my date but I was too late. From what I heard from the girls she had one when she got the invitation. So I had to resort to asking someone else to be my date

Me, my date Jennifer, the guys and the girls head in. We get bombarded with flashes and yells to look at the cameras but we make it in
"Now Rose would you make me the honor to come with me to the bar?"Finn asks
"If I must"Rose says chuckling
"And now we're four" Steph says
"There will be just two cause you are coming with me to greet my parents"Colin says
"Same goes for you mister"Steph says as she takes Colins arm and leave
"We should go see my parents as well"I say
"Whatever"Jennifer says. God I hate her already. Just pretend to care if you don't. I scan the room for the dark lord and his wife and I see them
"Mom"I say kissing her cheek "Dad" I continue shaking his hand
"Logan. How great to see you. Who is your date?"
"This is Jennifer"I say gesturing to her, while she just nods
"Alright"my dad says clearly disgusted from the lack of manners. I give him a face that says "it's not my fault"
"Anyway. I heard tonight is the first party a new heiress is participating at. She moved when she was little and now she's back. I wonder who she is" mom says
I see dad stiffen at what mom said. She seems to notice as well
"Wait you know who she is?"Shira says very angrily
"No"dad says
"I think we'll see as the night progresses"I say taking pity on Mitchum "we'll go check the party now"
"Alright son"

One hour later
The slow music starts to play and when it does you're obligated to dance at least one dance with your partner so I take Jennifer by the hand and drag her on the dance floor. As I'm counting down the second till the song ends I look around the room. I see Finn and Rose trying not to laugh loudly, Colin and Steph having a debate and then... Star with her escort. My blood starts boiling at just the simple fact he's holding her. As I try to calm myself down I hear the song end. Finally I can go talk to her.

As I'm making my way to her she starts talking to someone and I can't interfere. Dammit

Airi POV
The first slow song comes on and that means I have to dance with Philip. From all the talks we shared which are like 2, I figured he's a player. He puts his hands on my waist trying to pull me close
"So this is how you get all your bed mates?"I ask
"Huh?"
"Am I wrong? Cause the personal space flew out the window a long time ago" I say pulling away so there was a space between us
"So you don't want to sleep together?" He asks with a mad tone
"I'd rather not"I say while the song ends
"Alright fine. I'll find someone who can please me"he says leaving
As I think I'm finally free to go hang out with my friends I get pulled away to talk business
