twenty-nine.

I got up early, like early, and took an Uber to the airport and got checked in. I waited for 2 hours to go by before I could board my plane. I got to my seat and could feel a yawn crawl up my throat. My eyes got heavy and I realized how tired I was. Darkness flooded my vision as I fell asleep. 

I woke up when the announcement of landing soon was announced. I rubbed the tiredness from my eyes and waited for the plane to land. 

I got off the plane and waited at the luggage claim. My phone started to go off and I noticed Jun, Johnny, and Ten all spamming me with messages.

I got my bag and walked to the exit. I saw Ten jumping as I walked down to meet them. He hugged me with excitement and I almost fell over.

I smiled at them and we left. We drove around Sydney and I felt at home again. A heaviness in my chest was lifted and I felt happier. 

What if Chan were here. Wouldn't that be so much fun? And Sehun hyung, if he could have gotten off work he said he would've come with me. 

"Do you want to go to Hannie's place for lunch," Jun asked.

"Yeess, I miss the cafe," I said with a smile. I really missed Sydney and Australia just in general.

We drove through large buildings and they got smaller until we stopped in front of a small brick building. I got out of the car right as Johnny cut the engine and ran to the door before throwing it open and running inside.

I stood at the counter as Joshua hyung made some else's coffee. The smell filled the room, freshly baked cookies, cakes, pies, and freshly brewed coffee. 

He turned around and walked over to the other side of the counter and handed it to a girl that was taller than me. He turned back to me with a closed eye smile.

"Hi what can I get you," he asked.

"I want an Americano with 3 extra shots of espresso," I said. He looked up at me as I started to talk and his smile grew bigger.

"Lix, you're back," he said happily.

"I'm back, "I said back.

"So is the americano going to be all," he asked.

"I'll get a grilled cheese," I said and handed him a ten.

He took it and was going for the change but I shook my head and moved to the other counter. I waited and after the others finished their orders Josh started working on them.

He handed me my coffee and I walked to a booth to wait for my sandwich and the others filed behind me and we chatted till Josh and Hannie came over with our food.

"Do you guys have to get back to work, "I asked.

"Nope, we're off, for now, Minhyuk and Jaehyun are taking over for us right now," Hannie said.

I jumped up and hugged both of them and pulled them into the booth. Hannie handed me a chocolate cookie as we sat down. I smiled up at him as I took a bit. 

"Later we're going for dinner, do you think you can come, "I asked as I ate my sandwich.

"For you, of course, we can," Josh said. I smiled at them and wrapped my arm around Hannie in a side hug.

"I need to pee, "I said and wiggled over his lap. He followed me into the bathroom and sat on the other side of the stall.

"Did you think of what I told you," he asked.

"About Channie being like Cheol, "I asked back.

"Yeah."

"I don't think he's anything like Cheol, he cares about me hyung, "I said.
